| المستخلص: | \ من أكثر القضايا أهمية في مجال التربية الخاصة النظام الذي به يتم إعداد المعلم، فإذا كانت التربية الخاصة هدفها إعداد الشخص للحياة، فيجب اعداد المعلم وباقي الأخصائيين الذين يقدمون هذه الخدمات في ضوء نظام يختلف عن نظام إعداد معلم التربية العامة. \ \ ورغم اهتمام دولة الكويت بمعلم التربية البدنية، ورغم الجهود العلمية التي تُبذل والإمكانيات المادية التي تُخصص من أجل رفع الكفاية والتحسين للمعلمين، ورغم عقد المؤتمرات والندوات وبعثات المعلمين، رغم كل ذلك فلا يزال هناك قصور في إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة، فلا يوجد داخل كليات التربية على سبيل المثال أقسام خاصة لإعداد معلم التربية الخاصة، وكل ما يتم عمله هو تنظيم دورات لخريجي مختلف الكليات للانتظام في دورات تدريبية بعدها يؤهل للعمل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. \ أهمية البحث: تأتى أهمية البحث من اهمية عمل معلمي التربية البدنية لذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة وكذلك من أهمية التنمية المهنية للمعلم لما لها من مميزات. \ أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على جوانب إعداد المعلم وكيفية تنمية مهنيا وتطوير نظم التنمية. \ وكان من أهم استنتاجات البحث: \ •\ التنمية المهنية تنمى فهم المعلم بطبيعة عمله مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. \ •\ لتنمية المهنية تزيدمن معرفة المعلم بالمفاهيم والمبادئ في مجال عمله مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. \ وكان من أهم توصيات البحث: \ •\ ان تكون المادة التدريبية منظمة بشكل منطقي ومتسلسل. \ • ان تكون المادة التدريبية تحتوى على عدد كافيمن الأنشطة والتدريبات العملية. \ \ One of the most important issues in the field of special education system in which the teacher is prepared, if the special education aimed at preparing the person for life, the preparation of the teacher and the rest of the professionals who provide these services in light differs from the system, general education teacher preparation. \ \ Despite the attention of the State of Kuwait teacher of physical education, and despite scientific efforts that are being made and material resources to be allocated in order to raise the efficiency and improvement of teachers, despite holding conferences, seminars and missions teachers, despite all this, there are still shortcomings in the preparation of teachers of special education, there is within the colleges of education on For example special departments to prepare a special education teacher, and all what is being done is to organize courses for graduates of various colleges to attend training sessions then qualifies to work with people with special needs. \ The importance of research: the importance of research comes from the importance of physical education teachers work for Special Needs, as well as the importance of professional development for teachers because of their features. \ Research objectives: The research aims to identify the aspects of teacher preparation and how to grow professionally and develop systems development. \ One of the main conclusions of the research: \ • Develop the professional development of teacher understanding of the nature of his work with people with special needs. \ • To professional development Tzedmn the teacher's knowledge of concepts and principles in the field of work with people with special needs. \ One of the main recommendations: \ • Be well organized training material logical and sequential. \ • Be training material containing on a number Kafimn activities and practical exercises \ \ |
