| المستخلص: | تنوعت طرق برامج إعداد المعلم في مؤسسات إعداده بحيث عكست فلسفة واتجاهات كل مؤسسة نحو الطريقة المثلى التي يجب اتخاذها في تأهيل الطالب المعلم، كما عكس هذا الاختلاف قدرات وإمكانات كل مؤسسة المادية والبشرية. وهذا التنوع لم يكن وليد هذه اللحظة بل كان قديما، ويدل ذلك على تمسك كل مؤسسة إعداد ببرنامجها لأنها ترى فيه من الإيجابيات ما يناسبها. ولم يكن تطور برامج الإعداد بحيث كل برنامج يلغي ما سبقه، بل تتطور بحيث كل برنامج يطور نفسه دون المساس بفلسفة البرنامج الأساسية. وقد اتبعت مؤسسات إعداد المعلم في كليات التربية عدة برامج لإعداد المعلم. \ أهمية البحث والحاجة اليه: إن التدريس الذي يتأسس على مدخل الكفايات، لا بد أن يبلغ مقاصده، لأنه لا يتناول شخصية التلميذ تناولاً تجزيئياً. ويمكن القول بأن الكفايات التدريسية هي سلوك إنساني مُوجه تنعكس أثاره مباشرةً على مستقبل الفرد، الأمر الذي يحتم على الجهات المختصة إنجازه من خلال أسس علمية موضوعية تمكنه من تحقيق دوره البناء المتوقع منه في تحسين العملية التعليمية وتطويرها. ويرى الباحث أن أسلوب المعلم يكون له بالغ الاثر في التلاميذ لذا يجب أن يتسم هذا الاسلوب بالسمات التربوية الصحيحة وأن يتبع المعلم الأساليب والطرق التربوية السليمة في تعامله مع التلاميذ. \ أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على جوانب الاعداد التكاملي لمعلم التربية البدنية وكيفية اعداده تربويا الكفايات التدريسية للتربية الرياضية وذلك من خلال الآتي: التعرف على أهمية الاعداد التكاملي لمعلم التربية البدنية في ضؤ الكفايات التدريسية، التعرف على دور الكفايات التدريسية لمعلم التربية البدنية وأهمية الكفايات التدريسية لمعلم التربية البدنية. \ ومن أهم استنتاجات البحث: \ •\ تعتبر حركة إعداد المعلم القائمة على الكفايات حركة غير عملية، فهي لا تثق بالمعلم عندما تخطط له كل شيء، فأصبح التعليم آلياً وأصبح المعلم يعلم مادة ولا يعلم إنساناً. \ •\ إن حركة إعداد المعلم القائمة على الكفايات تفترض افتراضاً خاطئاً وهو أن الأساليب الأخرى لإعداد المعلم لم تؤسس على كفايات. \ ومن أهم توصيات البحث: \ ● أن يكون الإعداد جامعيا لكل المعلمين، بما يجعله على مستوى مصاف المهن المحترمة في المجتمع. \ ● أن يكون إعدادا شاملاً لإنماء القدرات العقلية والصفات الشخصية الإيجابية. \ \ Varied methods of teacher preparation programs in the institutions set up so that it reflected the philosophy of each institution and trends about the best way to be taken in the rehabilitation of the student teacher, as opposed to this difference the capabilities and potential of each material and human institution.
