| المستخلص: | This article aims at revealing the relationship between the quality and the social responsibility in order to achieve a sustainable development. It explained that ISO Organization has created an advisory group of the social responsibility to assist in determining whether ISO participation in social responsibility may add value to existing initiatives and programs. After years of work, a memorandum of understanding was prepared with the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Global Compact and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). It was voted on the final draft, the ISO 26000 document was prepared in December 2008.\n The article also addressed the elements and objectives of this document. The article concluded that the relevant institutions and bodies, especially the Sudanese Organization for specifications and standards, should work to simplify the concepts contained in the standard and make them available in various educational means for small and medium-sized organizations to benefit them, especially in a developing country like Sudan. \nThe ISO 26000 seeks to emphasize the need for the participation of institutions and companies towards the local community, and to maintain sustainability in the environment and contribute to the sustainable development. The social responsibility is no longer an option but a necessity, the ISO 26000 also reflects the importance of recognizing the urgent and increasing need to ensure the existence of environmental and health economic systems, community equity and corporate governance that represent a guide for all types of enterprises of different sizes and activities..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n هدف المقال الحالي إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الجودة والمسؤولية المجتمعية من اجل تحقيق تنمية مستدامة. حيث أوضح ان منظمة الأيزو قد قامت بتكوين مجموعه استشارية تختص بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية بهدف المساعدة في تقرير ما إذا كانت مشاركة الأيزو في مجال المسئولية الاجتماعية قد تضيف أية قيمة للمبادرات والبرامج القائمة بالفعل. وبعد العمل سنوات تم إعداد مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة العمل الدولية والميثاق العالمي، ومنظمة التعاون والتنمية وتم التصويت على المسودة النهائية، وجهزت وثيقة الأيزو 26000 في ديسمبر 2008.\n كما تناول المقال عناصر وأهداف هذه الوثيقة. واختتم المقال بانه على المؤسسات والهيئات ذات الصلة، وعلى رأسها الهيئة السودانية للمواصفات والمقاييس، العمل على تبسيط المفاهيم الواردة بالمواصفة وإتاحتها بشتى الوسائل التثقيفية للمنظمات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للاستفادة منها خاصة في دولة نامية كحال السودان.\n وأن الأيزو 26000 يسعي إلى تأكيد ضرورة مشاركة المؤسسات والشركات تجاه المجتمع المحلي والمحافظة على الاستدامة في البيئة والمساهمة في التنمية المستدامة، وان المسؤولية المجتمعية لم تعد خيارا بل أصبحت ضرورة. كما ان الأيزو 26000 يعكس أهمية الاعتراف بالحاجة الملحة والمتزايدة للعمل على ضمان وجود أنظمة اقتصادية بيئية وصحية، ومساواة مجتمعية وحوكمة مؤسسية وتمثل دليلا إرشاديا لكافة أنواع المؤسسات باختلاف أحجامها وأنشطتها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
