| المستخلص: | تزداد حاجة شبابنا إلى الحوار الفعال في وقتنا الحاضر وذلك بشبب طبيعة العصر الذي يعيشه، إذا كثرت فيه مخاطر الغزو الفكري والثقافي. فضلا عن ذلك تتأكد الحاجة إلى الحوار بين أفراد المجتمع لمواجهة كثير من قضايا المجتمع المعاصر في الميادين المختلفة سياسيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا وثقافيا ودينيا. أن غياب الحوار الفعال أو رفضه يترتب عليه العديد من السلبيات كالعزله الاجتماعية والحضارية والانقلاب والجمود وتجاهل القدرات العقلية لدي البعض وانعدامها لدي البعض الأخر وترجع أهمية الحوار الفعال في كونه اهم أسس الحياة الاجتماعية وضرورة من ضروراتها فهو احدى وسائل الفرد للتعبير عن حاجاته ورغباته وميوله وأحاسيسه، فضلا عن ذلك فأن الحوار الفعال وسيلة الفرد لتنمية أفكاره وتجاربه وتهيئتها للعطاء. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى ما يلي: 1.معرفة الحوار الفعال لدى طلبة جامعة بغداد. 2. الموازنة في الحوار الفعال وفقا للمتغيرات الأتية: أ-النوع (ذكور-إناث). ب-التخصص (علمي إنساني). ج-المرحلة (الثاني-الرابع). وتحيقا لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس لقياس (الحوار الفعال)، ويع التأكد من صدقه وثباته والقوة التمييزية لفقراته طبق على عينة بلغت (500) طالبا وطالبة جامعية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ذات التوزيع المتساوي وبواقع (8) كليات موزعة أربع كليات علمية وأربع كليات إنسانية ولكلا النوعين (ذكور وإناث) ولكلا المرحلتين (الثاني والرابع) من جامعة بغداد. وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الاختبار الثاني لعينة واحدة، والاختبار الثاني لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وتوصل هذا البحث إلى النتائج الأتية: 1. إن عينة البحث من طلبة جامعة بغداد لديهم حوارا فعالا. 2.إن عينة البحث من طلبة جامعة بغداد وتبعا للمتغيرات (النوع والتخصص والمرحلة) لديهم حوارا فعالا. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها هذا البحث تقدمت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات: من التوصيات: 1. تحديث المناهج وطرائق التدريس في المرحلة الجامعية من اجل تصميم أنشطة وخبرات تشجع على تنمية الحوار الفعال لدى طلبة تلك المرحلة. 2.استيعاب التغيرات الجديدة في العلم والتكنولوجيا في البرامج الحوارية والتربوية التعليمية. ومن المقترحات: 1. إجراء دراسات مماثلة لهذا البحث على شرائح اجتماعية ومهنية مختلفة ومراحل دراسية أخرى. 2. القيام ببناء برنامج لتنمية الحوار الفعال لدى الطلبة في المراحل الدراسية سواء كانت (متوسطة-إعدادية –جامعية). Increasing need for our youth to effective dialogue at the present time, due to the nature of the era in which live, as it abounded risk of intellectual and cultural invasion. Moreover, the need to ensure that the dialogue between the members of the community to confront the many issues of contemporary society in various fields, politically, socially and economically, culturally and religiously The absence of effective dialogue, or the consequent rejection of many of the negative aspects of social and cultural Kaezzlh coup and inertia and ignore the mental capacity of some non-existent among others. The importance of effective dialogue in being the most important foundations of social life and the necessity of necessities is one of the means of the individual Tobeiran needs and desires and inclinations and feelings, as well as this, the dialogue and effective way for the development of individual ideas and experiences and prepare for the tender. This research aims to Mayati 1. identify effective dialogue with the students of the University of Baghdad. 2-Budget in effective dialogue and in accordance with the following variables:- A) type (male-female) B) specialization (scientific humanist) c) phase (second and fourth) And Thkie the objectives of the research, the researcher built a scale to measure the (effective dialogue), and sell to make sure of his sincerity and firmness and strength discriminatory paragraphs dish on the sample of 500 students and a university student were chosen the way stratified random with equal distribution of (8) divided by four scientific colleges and four colleges humanitarian faculties and both types (ZKoro females) and both phases (second and fourth) of the University of Baghdad. After processing the data statistically using samples t-test for one sample, and samples t-test for two independent samples, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance and triple, and testing Zaúa to denote differences and reach of this research the following results:- 1. The research sample of Baghdad University students have an effective dialogue 2. The research sample of Baghdad University students. depending on the variables (gender, specialization and phase) to have an effective dialogue.in light of the findings of this research researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions: Of recommendations: 1.Thdat curricula and methods of teaching at the university level for activities and experiences that encourage the development of effective dialogue with the students that stage desing. 2-astieb new changes in science and technology in theeducational dialogue and educational programs. One proposal: 1. ajrae similar studies of this research on the different social strata and other academic and professional stages. 2. alkiem building program for the development of effective dialogue among students in grades whether (medium - junior high - college). |
