| 520 | |b Research built on the premise connectivity relations between privatization and efficiency of financial markets. Once the financial markets are efficient and active, it contributes to the completion of the privatization program in a timely manner or according to the plan, in contrast, the privatization of companies and the stock market will be proactive in the financial markets and enhance efficiency. However, our results suggest otherwise, where we found strong evidence that the relationship between the activities of privatization and efficiency of financial markets was fragile and weak. The study aims at answering conceptual and practical dilemmas through preparing theoretical ideas about the former and expressing the later by model and (8) hypotheses. Data have been collected from (75) managers at the top management level in Amman stock exchange, Investment Company, Brokers Company). The hypotheses have been tested using the rank correlation coefficient spearmen and multiple regressions, at the confidence limits (0.01<P < 0.05). The analysis and explanation of the results have provided high reject for the models relationships, but they were different in kind, influence, and direction at the level of dimensions or components of the variables and their measurements. | ||
