| المستخلص: | يعتبر أسلوب إعادة الهندسة أحد الأساليب والتقنيات التي لها الأثر البالغ في إنجاح العملية التغيرية بالمنظمة، ذلك لأن المنظمة في الوقت الراهن تعمل في ظل ظروف معقدة وسريعة التغيير ولا يمكن النجاح في أعمالها دون التعرف عليها ومتابعتها باستمرار، الأمر الذي يستوجب وجود إدارة قوية قادرة على استكشاف الإيجابيات واستغلالها في صالحها والتقليل من المخاطر بمهارة إدارية وإعداد الاستراتيجيات المناسبة لذلك. ويهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على إن إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية له الأثر في تحقيق المزايا التنافسية ومن هذه المزايا جودة الخدمة الطبية والسرعة في أداء الخدمة، وتخفيض التكلفة وذلك من أجل النهوض بالقطاع الصحي والطبي نحو التميز، وتم اختيار وحدات صحة المرأة الريفية بالقرى المصرية حيث تحتاج إلى التميز في الأداء في البيئة التي توجد بها من خلال إعادة هندسة وبناء عملياتها، وقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج البحث من خلال قياس أثر خصائص إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية ومقومات نجاحها بميزة الجودة، والسرعة، والتكلفة باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون، وقد أثبتت نتائج التحليل قبول فروض البحث، واختتم البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها أن ضرورة إعادة النظر في أسلوب العمل المتبع بوحدات صحة المرأة الريفية وإجاد الحلول الجذرية لمشاكل العمل أو ما يسمى بإعادة الهندسة فإنها تعني التجديد والابتكار وليس فقط تحسين العمل وذلك لأداء الخدمة الطبية والرعاية الصحية للمريض وقت طلبها بالجودة المطلوبة، وكذلك مجموعة من التوصيات التي تسهم في ارتقاء القطاع الخدمي الطبي والصحي المصري نحو التميز والمنافسة.
