| 520 | |e هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم محددات المنهاجية الإسلامية في العلوم الاجتماعية، من خلال الفقه السياسي. وحاولت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على هل تتعدد المنهجيات العلمية بتعدد الخلفيات الدينية والأيديولوجية والمذهبية، أم أن المعرفة العلمية معرفة موضوعية يمكن التحقق منها على أساس عقلي وتجريبي، وإلى أي مدى يرتبط النظام المعرفي بالنظام العقدي والنظام القيمي، وهل ما ينطبق على العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية ينطبق على العلوم الحقة. وأوضحت الدراسة أن المنهجية المعرفية لتوليد العلوم ضابط معياري للحكم على صحة المعرفة، وتركيب اصطلاحي يحيل إلى جملة المبادئ والإجراءات المعتمدة لتوليد مفاهيم وأحكام تصورية. وتناولت الدراسة بنائية القرآن الكريم ومفهوم المنهج، وأهم المحددات المنهاجية للفقه السياسي الإسلامي، وما هو المفهوم المتواتر للسياسة في التراث السياسي الإسلامي، وأهم ما يؤكد عليه علم السياسة الحديث. كما أشارت الدراسة إلى النتائج المترتبة على فقدان الثقة في حضارة المجتمع، ومدى تأثير البعد العقدي القيمي في تحديد مستويات التنظير للظواهر السياسية المختلفة، وخطوات المنهج العلمي. واختتمت الدراسة بتحليل دور الفقه السياسي الإسلامي في تحديد ماهية السياسة ووظائفها ومقاصدها، وأهم محددات المنهاجية الإسلامية.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n |f The study aimed to identify the most important determinants of Islamic methodology in social sciences through the political jurisprudence. The scientific study searched the answer of whether the scientific methodology can be verified in light of the religious, the ideological and the sectarian various backgrounds? Or the scientific knowledge is an objective one, which can be verified on a mental and empirical basis? To what extent the cognitive system is related to the religious system and the moral system? Or whether what is applied to the human and the social sciences is applied to the subsequent science? The study showed that the cognitive methodology of generating science is the standard control to judge the validity of knowledge, and the term structure which refers to the set of principles and procedures adopted to generate the terms and conceptual sentences. The study dealt with the content of the Holy Quran and the concept of the curriculum, as well as the most important methodological determinants of the Islamic political jurisprudence. Moreover, it showed the frequent concept of the politics in the Islamic political heritage. The study also pointed to the consequences of the loss of confidence in the society civilization. In addition to the impact extent of the moral religious dimension in determining the comparison levels of the different political phenomena, and the steps of the scientific approach.
