| 520 | |a ظهرت البدعة في أوائل القرن الأول الهجري، وقد عالجها النبي محمد بربط مقاصد المكلفين بمقاصد الشارع الحكيم، إلا أن الناس بعد ذلك ربطوا مقاصدهم ببعض المصالح والمقاصد، فأوصلهم ذلك إلى الابتداع في دين الله عز وجل. ولمنع وفكّ هذا الارتباط عند الناس؛ كتبت هذا البحث معرّفاً - في أوّله - بالبدعة والمقاصد والمصالح، وذكرت أقسام البدعة وما يُستشكل على تقسيم البدعة إلى الأحكام التكليفية الخمسة، ثم وضّحت حكم البدعة على الاختلاف الوارد في تعريفها، مبيناً ارتباط البدعة بمقاصد المكلفين، ومفرِّقاً بينها وبين المصالح المرسلة حتى لا يتعلق مبتدع بمصلحة مرسلة لتزيين باطله الموهوم. ثم بيّنت - باختصار - طرق منع البدع والقضاء عليها، مختتماً البحث بأهم النتائج، ثم بفهرس للمصادر. | ||
| 520 | |b Heresy appeared at the start of the First Hijra Century, which was tackled by the Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him) by linking the aims of the entrusted persons with the aims of the wise Legislator. But after that people began to link their aims with certain interests which made them to reach to heresy in the sound religion of God Almighty. In order to prevent such linkage in the thought of people I wrote this research in which , at its beginning, I defined the heresy , the intentions and Interests , mentioning the divisions of heresy and the confusion it involved in the Fifth Provsions , then I explained the true Judgment of heresy based on the differences in its definition , indicating the link between heresy with the aims of burdened persons , differentiating between heresy and the explicit interests so that no one called for such heresy may link it with a certain interest to confuse it with illusions, then I briefly showed the methods of preventing heresies , concluding with the main results , then glossary of references. | ||
