| المستخلص: | السياحة الترويحية من أبرز الأنشطة في مصر وذلك لكثافة الأعداد البشرية التي تطمح لقضاء أجازه سياحية مهما كانت قصيرة، وهذا الاتساع الهائل لمجالات السياحة لم يكن على هذا المستوى أو قريباً منه في الماضي لكن هناك العديد من المتغيرات وخاصة المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي ساهمت في وجود هذه القفزة السياحية على مستوى العالم والتي منها طبيعة التنظيم للنشاط السياحي ذاته سواء خارجي أو داخلي. \ ويشير فوب Wopp نقلاً عن أوباتشوفيسكيOpaschowski (٢٠٠٢م) أنه يوجد في الدول الأوربية بجانب كل ٢٥مليون من الطلاب يقوم ١١٫٩ مليون طالب بعملية التنظيم الذاتي للسياحة الترويحية. مما دفع الباحث إلى ضرورة البحث وتحليل التنظيم الذاتي للسياحة الترويحية لدى طلاب جامعة المنصورة ومدى تحقيقه لاحتياجات الطلاب ودوافعهم من السفر. \ ويهدف البحث إلى تحليل التنظيم الذاتي للسياحة الترويحية الداخلية لدى طلاب جامعة المنصورة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الدراسات التحليلية). على عينة بلغ عددها ٨٨٢ طالب وطالبة بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من الطلاب الممارسين لأنشطة السياحة الترويحية المنظمة ذاتيا. وقد استخدم الباحث المقابلة الشخصية واستمارة استقصاء لجمع البيانات، وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى تنشيط السياحة الترويحية الداخلية في جمهورية مصر العربية. \ تشجيع الجامعة لطلابها على التخطيط والتنظيم لبرامج السياحة الترويحية بشكل ذاتي والتعاون مع زملائهم من مختلف الكليات مما يعزز من فرص التواصل والاتصال بين جموع الطلاب وذلك من خلال إمكانية: \ 1.\ اختيار الطلاب للمكان السياحي المراد زيارته. \ 2.\ اختيار الطلاب للزملاء المشاركين في برامج السياحة الترويحية. \ 3.\ اختيار المشرفين القائمين على برامج السياحة الترويحية. \ 4.\ تشكيل إدارة خاصة بخدمات السياحة الترويحية في جامعة المنصورة تعمل على وضع خطط وبرامج للسياحة الترويحية في مصر وتقديم التسهيلات الداعمة للطلاب الممارسين لأنشطة السياحة الترويحية التي يتم تنظيمها ذاتياً. \ Tourism recreation of the most prominent activities in Egypt and that the density of human numbers, which aspires to spend the holiday tourist no matter how short, and that widening the immense fields of tourism was not on that level or close to it in the past but there are many variables, especially socio-economic variables that contributed to the existence of this jump tourism in the world and from which the nature of the organization of tourism activity itself, whether external or internal \ Indicates FOB Wopp citing Obachevasky Opaschowski (2002 m) that there exists in European countries next to each of 25 million students the 11.9 million students the process of self-organization of tourism recreation. The researcher used interview and survey form to collect data, the study has recommended to the Recreational tourism in the internal Arab Republic of Egypt. \ University to encourage students to plan and organize recreational programs are self-tourism and cooperation with colleagues from different colleges, which enhances the opportunities for networking and communication between the masses of students, through the possibility of: \ 1.\ Selection of students for tourism to be a place to visit. \ 2.\ Selection of students to colleagues involved in the tourism recreational programs. \ 3.\ Selection of supervisors based on tourism, recreational programs. \ 4.\ The formation of a special department of tourism services in the recreational, Mansoura University, is working to develop plans and programs for tourism in Egypt and recreational facilities to provide support for students practicing recreational tourism activities that are self-organized. \ |
