| 520 | |b The structure of this research is organized into introduction, preface and three sections .In the introduction; we mentioned the research plan and the importance of the research. The preface is dedicated to reveal meaning of intents and security and its importance in the society. In the first section we explained intents of sharia in keeping security of the society, while in the second section; we mentioned causes and treatments of intellectual deviation. The research is ended by the third section which is devoted to show means of maintaining security in the community .through the research, it became clear that, according to guidelines of Islamic sharia, happiness lies in maintaining the necessities of human life and social security. The human psyche runs behind the desires and seeks to extend its power on people and force them to accept its wishes. For that, the divine judgment came to organize the life affairs, save the soul, the mind and the privilege of people. The judgment warned Muslims from sedition advocators and people who promote for that especially among youths. The divine judgment is to keep society from injustice and diligence and to provide people with security and stability because both are of the best blessings. Scholars, preachers ,journalists and guardians have to provide security to the society by inviting young people to commit to the Islamic centrist approach which was ordered by God. Those people have to stay away from the odious sedition between the society segments, and to keep minds of young people maintained from the effects of intellectual invasions. We hope to achieve security and stability in the Muslims' countries wherever they are. | ||
| 520 | |e سلط البحث الضوء على مقاصد الإسلام في توفير الأمن للمجتمع. اشتمل البحث على تمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث رئيسة. التمهيد تضمن معني المقاصد والأمن وأهميته. ثم انتقل في المبحث الأول إلى التعرف على مقاصد الشريعة في حفظ أمن المجتمع، وقسم هذا المبحث إلى خمسة مطالب، وهما: المطلب الأول: حفظ الدين، والمطلب الثاني: حفظ النفس، والمطلب الثالث: حفظ العقل، والمطلب الرابع: حفظ النسل، والمطلب الخامس: حفظ المال. أما المبحث الثاني فسر أسباب ومعالجة الانحراف الفكري، وقسم هذا المبحث إلى ثلاثة مطالب، وهما: المطلب الأول: أسباب الانحراف الفكري، والمطلب الثاني: سبل وقاية من الانحراف الفكري، والمطلب الثالث: معالجة الانحراف الفكري. والمبحث الثالث تتبع وسائل حفظ الأمن في المجتمع، وقسم هذا المبحث إلى أربعة مطالب، وهما: المطلب الأول: مفهوم الأمن في المجتمع، والمطلب الثاني: أمن المجتمع في القرآن الكريم، والمطلب الثالث: الأمن الاجتماعي في السنة النبوية، والمطلب الرابع: المبادئ الأساسية في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي في الإسلام. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى إن الأمن في الإسلام لا يعتمد على العقوبة الشديدة بأصحاب الجرائم، وأنما يعتمد على غرس الإيمان في القلوب وزرع الخشية الإلهية في النفوس حتى تترك الإجرام رغبة عنه وكراهياً له. كما تبين أن غياب العلم الشرعي والفقر وعدم تفشي المساواة والعدل بين أفراد المجتمع سبب عظيم لوقوع الفتن وانتشارها، فوجب الاهتمام بالعلم الشرعي من مصادره الأصلية والأمر بالعدل والإحسان والقضاء على الفقر والجل. وأوصى البحث بضرورة التمسك بتطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية والرجوع إلى المصادر الأساسية للإسلام وتطبيق العقوبات المقدرة لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 | ||
