| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحديد دور تقانة المعلومات في تعزيز عمليه التوظيف في شركة كورك للاتصالات منطلقاً من مخطط فرضي بأخذ بالنظر الاعتبار طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرين: وتم بناء فرضيتين أساسيتين لأختبار علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث. وتحقيقاً لهدف البحث وإكمال متطلباته قامت الباحثة بأعداد إطار النظري بالإفادة من أدبيات الموضوع، وتم اختيار شركة كورك للاتصالات لإجراء الجانب الميداني، إذ شملت عينة البحث من (60) مديرا، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، ومن خلال بعض الأساليب الإحصائية تم تحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات، وتمثلت اهم الاستنتاجات بان المدراء في المنظمة المبحوثة يهتمون بتقانة المعلومات لاختيار وتوظيف العاملين. وكذلك توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات تمثلت تعزيز مفاهيم التوظيف لدى العاملين في تلك المنظمات وضرورة إدراك العاملين في هذه المنظمة بأنهم ينبغي أن يمتلكون المهارات والقدرات العالية لسد شواغل الوظيفة. The main objective of this research is to identify the role information technology in improvement of work process in korek Telecom Company. A hypothesis of the research is to show any correlation between two variables in a way that can be tested with empirical data. Hence two variables were chosen. In order to achieve the goal of completing the requirements of the research, the researcher has tried to created a theoretical background of the subject by using the literature as a foundation for the study, also for conducting the practical side of the research Korek Telecom Company was chosen. 60 company managers were chosen as a sample for the research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed among them and later the results were analysed through some statistical methods to test the hypotheses. The most important outcomes of the research were that, most of managers in the organization pied a great attention to the use of information technology in order to provide a better service to their customers and participants. This research also came up with some recommendations, including: strengthen the concept of employment amongst the workers of such an organisation, as well as the need to realize that the workers of this company should have high skills and abilities to fulfil their job requirements. |
