| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تحليل العلاقة بين رأس المال الاجتماعي والالتزام التنظيمي وأبعادهما وانعكاس تلك العلاقة في الأداء الوظيفي. \ قدم البحث إطاراً نظرياً مفاهيميا للمتغيرات الرئيسة والفرعية وجرى اختيار مستشفيات القطاع الخاص مجالاً لإجراء الجانب الميداني للبحث وتنبع أهمية البحث من أهمية مستشفيات القطاع الخاص للمجتمع فضلا عن عدم ربط هذه المتغيرات معا عن عدم ربط هذه المتغيرات معا في دراسة أخرى على حد علم الباحثة. \ انتهج البحث منهجاً وصفياً تحليلاً وحددت مجموعة من الفرضيات كإجابات تخمينية عن مشكلة البحث والتي جرى اختبارها بأدوات إحصائية تخمينية عن مشكلة البحث والتي والتي اختبارها بأدوات إحصائية متعددة وتم إعداد استمارة استبانة وزعت على كافة الملاكات الصحية في سبعة مستشفيات من مجموع إحدى عشر مستشفىً عاملاً في القطاع الخاص في مدينة أربيل حيث بلغ عددهم (199) فرداً كعينة للبحث. \ استنتج البحث بأن الأداء الوظيفي يتحسن بتطوير رأس المال الاجتماعي في المنظمة وزيادة درجة الالتزام من قبل الأفراد العاملين وأوصى البحث بضرورة المحافظة على المستويات العالية من الروابط الاجتماعية بين الملاكات الصحية من قبل المستشفيات المبحوثة من خلال المبادرات الإبداعية فضلا عن تعزيز هذه الروابط من خلال خلق الثقة والتعاون في الشبكات الاجتماعية وتبني هياكل تنظيمية مرنة لتسهيل الاتصالات الأفقية بين الملاكات الصحية. This research is objected to analyze the relationship between social capital and organizational commitment including their aspects and the reflection of this relationship on the functional performance. \ The research has presented a theoretical and conceptual framework for the major and minor variables whereas the private sector hospitals have been chosen as the field aspect for the research. \ This research is considered significant due to the importance of the private sector hospitals in the community and the fact that relating all these variables together has not been included in any other study according to the researcher's knowledge. \ The research has adopted a descriptive and analytical approach and has identified several hypotheses as estimates solutions for the research problem, these hypotheses have been tested using several statistical tools, furthermore, a questionnaire has been prepared and distributed on the staffs of seven hospitals from a total of twelve hospitals working in the private sector in Erbil city, with a total of (199) persons as the research sample. \ The research has concluded that functional performance is improving by developing the social capital and rate of commitment of the employees, in addition, the research has recommended to maintain the social relations between hospital staffs to their highest levels by innovative initiatives and enhancing these relations via creating confidence, cooperation through social nets, and adopting a flexible organization charts to facilitate the horizontal connections between staffs. |
