| المستخلص: | يعتبر مدخل التميز التنظيمي من المداخل الإدارية الحديثة، التي تساعد الجامعات على تطوير أدائها بشكل مستمر على المدى الطويل، وتحقيق نتائج غير مسبوقة تتفوق بها على منافسيها، من خلال استخدام الاستراتيجيات والنماذج المطبقة في تحسين الوضع التعليمي، بإعادة نظم إدارتها، وأساليب وطرق عملها، وسياساتها، لتحقيق الجودة والتميز في الخدمات والبرامج التعليمية والبحثية المقدمة للفرد والمجتمع؛ بما يمكن الجامعات من مواجهة التحديات، والتعامل معها، ويضمن لها البقاء والاستمرارية ويحقق ميزتها التنافسية. بناء على ما سبق، يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي بالجامعات المصرية بشكل فعال، وعلى ذلك حاول البحث الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما الأسس النظرية المرتبطة بالتميز التنظيمي بالجامعات المعاصرة. 2- ما واقع أداء الجامعات المصرية؟ وما التحديات التي تواجهها؟ وما التوجهات الاستراتيجية لتطوير أدائها في سبيل تحقيقها للتميز التنظيمي؟ 3- ما متطلبات تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بالجامعات المصرية؟ اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، واشتمل على ثلاثة أقسام؛ تضمن القسم الأول الأسس النظرية للتميز التنظيمي بالجامعات المعاصرة، بينما تناول القسم الثاني واقع التميز التنظيمي بالجامعات المصرية وتحدياته، وتضمن القسم الثالث والأخير المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي بالجامعات المصرية بشكل فعال. The Approach of organizational excellence from approaches of modern management, which help universities to improve its performance on an ongoing basis over the long term and achieve unprecedented results over its competitors, Through the use of strategies and models applied in improving the educational status re-management systems and techniques and working methods and policies to achieve quality and excellence in services and educational and research programs provided to the individual and society; enabling universities to meet the challenges and to deal with it and ensure its survival and continuity and achieve competitive advantage. Based on the foregoing, The current research aims to arrive at a set of basic requirements needed to achieve of Organizational Excellence in Egyptian universities. It tried to answer the following questions: (1) What are the theoretical bases of organizational excellence in contemporary universities? (2) What is the reality of organizational excellence in Egyptian universities? (3) What are the challenges facing the Egyptian universities in order to achieve organizational excellence? (4) What are the requirements to achieve organizational excellence in Egyptian Universities? The research relied on the descriptive methodolog, and it implied following sections: the first one included the theoretical bases of organizational excellence in contemporary universities, while the second one included the reality of organizational excellence in Egyptian universities and challenges, the third and final one included the basic requirements needed to achieve organizational excellence in Egyptian universities effectively. |
