المستخلص:Bear university education as a top educational ladder building society and its development, for this is the university one of the factors promoting the responsibilities of social and economic development of the society in which they are originated, especially since these universities do not arise alone, nor do they represent a very or an end in itself, as well as being organizations strategy affect influenced by the local community and global challenges, including the powers and opportunities and threats. The organizational learning a portal created by the developments of modern management, where managed organizations that adopt this entrance to gain a competitive advantage multiple, indicates where one of the researchers that organizations that have managed to succeed in gaining a competitive advantage in light of variables contemporary are those that are committed to continuous learning the methods the best and modem in the performance of their work, and that organizations that have succeeded in fulfilling this obligation are those organizations that have sought on a permanent basis for the development of skills of synthesis and the acquisition of new knowledge, and adjusted its policies organizational to gain the advantages of the new information, and therefore organizations known organizations build knowledge.
