| المستخلص: | اتجهت العديد من الجامعات في دول العالم إلى إنشاء حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية لتوفير فرص البحث العلمي وتبني المبدعين والمبتكرين وتحويل أفكارهم ومشاريعهم من مجرد نموذج مخبري إلى الإنتاج والاستثمار، من خلال توفير الخدمات والدعم والمساندة العلمية للمبتكرين في سبيل الحصول على المنتج الذي يوفر قيمة مضافة في اقتصاد السوق. هدف هذا البحث إلى التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لدور الحاضنات التكنولوجية في إدارة البحث العلمي بالجامعات المصرية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1. أن نجاح الحاضنات التكنولوجية يتطلب تهيئة الظروف المادية والبشرية وسن التشريعات اللازمة لإنشاء الحاضنات التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية، ونشر الوعي بين المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال للمبادرة في الاستثمار بهذه الحاضنات، وكذلك بين الفئات المستهدفة من الشباب المقبلين على سوق العمل بأهداف وفلسفة وجود الحاضنات ودورها الاقتصادي الاجتماعي. 2. أن الحاضنات التكنولوجية تسهم في إدارة البحث العلمي بالجامعات المصرية من خلال: - الرعاية: رعاية المواهب والأفكار والابتكارات والإبداعات المتعلقة بالمشروعات الأولية للبحث العلمي بالجامعات. - الدعم: ويتضمن الدعم الإداري، والمالي، والقانوني، والاستشاري، والتكنولوجي، والفني. - التسوق للبحث العلمي (تقديم خدمات الدعم التسويقية، وخاصة الالكترونية في هذا المجال). Many universities all over the world tend to establish technological incubators to avail scientific research opportunities, in addition to adopting the creative and innovative ones then converting their ideas and projects from just a laboratory model to production and investment, this occurs through availing services and practical support for innovators in order to get the product which creates an added value in the market economy. This research aims at reaching a proposed view of the role of technological incubators in scientific research management at the Egyptian universities. To identify the role of technological incubators in scientific research management at the Egyptian universities, the research adopts the descriptive methodology. It has reached a number of results, the most important of which are. 1. The success of technological incubators requires preparing physical and human conditions, enact the necessary legislations to establish technological incubators at the Egyptian universities, and to spread awareness among investors and businessmen to invest in these incubators, and also among targeted groups of youths who enter the labor market with the aims and philosophy of incubators and their economic and social role. 2. The Technological incubators contribute to the management of scientific research at the Egyptian universities through: - Care and Support of talents, ideas, innovations, and creations of pilot scientific research projects at the universities. - Support scientific research management which includes administrative, financial, legal, advisory, technological and technical support. - Market the scientific research (providing mark care especially electronic support services in this field). |
