| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم عناصر تقويم أداء المعلم في ضوء أنموذج الإشراف الإبداعي في مجال (الصفات الشخصية، العلاقات الإنسانية، التخطيط، تنفيذ الموقف الصفي، التقويم، الأنشطة غير الصفية) من وجهتي نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين، وإلى التعرف على الفروق بينهما في تقييم تلك العناصر، وقد أستخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي، حيث قام الباحث بتصميم مقترح بطاقة تقويم أداء المعلمين وفق النموذج الإشرافي، ثم طبقها على عينة عشوائية من العاملين بجميع مراكز الإشراف التربوي بإدارة التربية والتعليم بجدة بلغ حجمها (1639) معلما ومشرفا توزعت بواقع (1392) معلما، (247) مشرفا تربويا، بنسب 85%، 15% على التوالي، ومن خلال إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: المتوسط الحسابي العام من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين عالي جدا وذلك في أبعاد (الصفات الشخصية، العلاقات الإنسانية، التخطيط، تنفيذ الموقف الصفي) أما في بعد (التقويم) فكان مستوى المتوسط الحسابي العام من وجهة نظر المعلمين عالي، أما من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين فكانت المستوى عالي جدا، وفي بُعد (الأنشطة غير الصفية) كان المستوى متوسط حسب رأي المعلمين بينما جاء عالي جدا حسب رأي المشرفين. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين حول الأبعاد التالية (الصفات الشخصية، العلاقات الإنسانية، التخطيط، تنفيذ الموقف الصفي، التقويم) بينما كانت الفروق بينهم دالة في بُعد الأنشطة غير الصفية وجاء الفرق لصالح المشرفين التربويين. وقد أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها اعتماد وتطبيق البطاقة الحالية من قبل المشرفين التربويين في الميدان التربوي لتقويمها. The purposes of this study are: to identify the most important elements of evaluating teacher performance in the light of the creative supervision model, in the field of personal characteristics, human relations, planning, implementation of the classroom situation, evaluation and extra-curricular activities, from the views of teachers and supervisors. The study also aims to know how teachers and supervisors evaluate those elements. The researcher uses the descriptive approach. He designs a proposal for evaluating the performance of teachers according to the model of creative supervision. Then he applies a random sample of teachers and supervisors in all educational supervision centers in Jeddah. The samples were 1639 teachers and supervisors; 1392 teachers (85% of total sample) and 247 educational supervisors (15%). The researcher also uses SSPS to analyze his data. The outcomes of the study are: the general arithmetic average from the point of view of teachers and supervisors is very high in the elements of personal characteristics, human relations, planning and in implementation of the classroom situation. The study also finds that the asthmatics average of evaluation element is high from the views of teachers, while it is very high from the point of view of supervisors. In addition, this study revealed that teachers believed that the importance of extra-curricular activities are medium, while educational supervisors believe that extra-curricular activities are very important. Moreover, the outcomes confirmed that there are no significant statistical differences between teachers and supervisors in the total score of the proposed model for the elements of personal characteristics, human relations, planning and in implementation of the classroom situation and evaluation. Also, the researcher finds significant statistical differences in the element of extra-curricular activities. The researcher strongly recommended, notably, the adoption and application of the current proposed model by supervisors in the field of education. |
