| المستخلص: | The Population Studies of paramount importance at the present time, has more than doubled those important when the world felt that some of the contemporary problems related to population and development, directly or indirectly, studies population have a significant impact in the areas of future plans laid down by the State as well as long-term in the areas of impact political, economic and social. In spite of global efforts for several decades to solve population problems and other problems, but it's certainly not solved all the problems. But was able to make the population problem center of world attention and the political and academic levels, it is known that the dynamics of the population, expressed in population growth are of the same critical that different studies seeking to identify the components and calculation of the rates and the possibility of unpredictable, and the extent of their impact in the geographical space that demographic phenomena That can not be done only on according to a study critical variables which necessarily involved in determining the size of the population and change and the rate of growth in any region or territory, as these variables and effectiveness are affected in any community system of demographic, social, economic, environmental and psychological elements that contribute to one degree or another in their variability across the place and time From here and when are human societies in a state of control and discipline telling them good-interaction within the geographical surroundings (land and human), growth becomes the (changing) population healthy phenomenon and a way disciplined to achieve progress and advancement and welfare of the community, but if reflected Alamervisubh (growth) phenomenon burden the State and prevent progress.
