| المستخلص: | \n استهدف المقال تقديم التقرير الختامي للمؤتمر القومي الأول للمكتبات المدرسية ومراكز مصادر التعلم بعنوان إدارة وتنظيم المكتبات المدرسية ومراكز مصادر التعلم. وعرض المقال مضمون برنامج المؤتمر الذي احتوى على جلسة افتتاحية وست جلسات علمية. وجلسات تعريفية وجلسة مناقشة عامة. كما أقيم معرض للكتب على هامش المؤتمر شارك فيه عدد من الناشرين بعرض أحدث إصداراتهم. وتم تكريم عدد من رواد العمل المكتبي والذين أسدوا لمهنة المكتبات المدرسية خدمات متميزة. وشارك في المؤتمر أكثر من 25 مشاركاً. وأربعين باحثاً وخبيراً تقدموا بأوراق عمل تدور موضوعاتها حول محاور المؤتمر الأساسية. وقد خلص المؤتمر في نهاية أعماله إلى عدد من التوصيات التي استندت في مجملها إلى أوراق العمل والبحوث التي قدمت في الجلسات العلمية للمؤتمر. وقد عرض المقال موجز من هذه التوصيات منها. ضرورة تدريس مقرر التربية المكتبية كمقرر أساسي في مراحل التعليم المختلفة. والتوسع في تدريس المقررات المتخصصة في المكتبات المدرسية بأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعة المدرسية. وإعداد دليل للإخصائيين العاملين بالمكتبات المدرسية. وضرورة تبادل الخبرات وإعداد الدورات التدريسية للاستفادة بخبرات الآخرين. ليس في الإطار المدرسي فقط بل في أي إطار جامعي أو مكتبات متخصصة أو عامة أو غيرها مما يسهم في رفع جودة الأداء إجمالاً. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \n\nThe article aimed at presenting the final report of the first national conference of school libraries and learning resource centers, entitled Administration and Organization of School Libraries and Learning Resource Centers. The article presented the content of the conference program, which included an opening session, six scientific sessions, induction sessions and a plenary session. A book fair was held on the margins of the conference, where a number of publishers presented their latest publications. A number of office workers pioneers who have provided excellent service to the school libraries profession, have been honored. More than 25 participants took part in the conference. Forty researchers and experts presented papers that discussed the axes themes of the conference. At the end of the Conference, it concluded with a number of recommendations, which were based in their entirety on the working papers and researches presented at the scientific sessions of the Conference. The article presented a summary of these recommendations including the need to teach the curriculum of the library education as a basic curriculum in different stages of education. It also recommended expanding the teaching of curricula specializing in school libraries in the library and information sections of the school university. It highlighted the need to prepare an index for specialists working in school libraries, exchange experiences and prepare teaching courses to benefit from the experiences of others not only in the school, but also in any university or specialized libraries whether it is public or not, etc. This contributes to the development of the quality of performance in general.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
