| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بمسار العدالة الانتقالية في ليبيا،وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى العدالة كمفهوم والتطور التاريخي لهذا المفهوم من الحرب العالمية الثانية إلى الآن ،كما تتطرق الدراسة للآليات التي تطبق لتحقيق العدالة الانتقالية ،لنتجه إلى تشريح واقع العدالة الانتقالية في ليبيا و ذلك من خلال الإشارة إلى خصوصية الحالة الليبية و الأطراف المساهمة و المشاركة فيها ،كما تقوم الدراسة على تبيان أهم الآليات التي اعتمدت عليها السلطة الليبية لتحقيق العدالة الانتقالية وذلك منذ سقوط نظام القذافي سواء من خلال لجنة الحقيقة و المصالحة أو غيرها من الآليات ،لنصل في الأخير إن خصوصية الحالة الليبية جعلها تواجه مجموعة كبيرة من التحديات ساهمت في مجملها في جعل مسار العدالة الانتقالية بطيء إن لم نقل متوقف The study aimed to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction among primary school teachers in the city of Medea, using the descriptive method of associative nature, as well as verification and detection if there were differences between teachers in both self-efficacy and job satisfaction, This was done using a random sample of 164 primary school teachers who were selected in a simple random way. The first measures were then applied to measure self efficacy, and the second to measure job satisfaction, and the outputs of these measures were addressed by statistical methods represented in correlation coefficient Pearson, And the statistical significance test (Ttest), using the program (spss) in its version (20), and we have reached in this study to the most important results as given below:\n-\tThe degree of self-efficacy among primary school teachers is high.\n-\tDegree of job satisfaction among primary school teachers is average.\n-\tThere were statistically significant differences in the measure of self-efficacy of teachers based on the type of trend (positive / negative) in favor of the positive trend.\nThere are statistically significant differences in the satisfaction of teachers according to the type of trend (positive / negative) in favor of the positive trend.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
