| المستخلص: | إن تنمية الموارد البشرية في المصارف الإسلامية تعتبر من أهم التحديات التي تشهدها الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية باعتبارها الضامن لاستمرار النمو والتوسع الذي تعرفه المصارف الإسلامية، خاصة وأن هذه المصارف تقوم على أسس تختلف في وسائلها عن وسائل العمل المصرفي التقليدي باعتبارها تنطلق في جميع أعمالها من أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وفي ظل هذه التحديات تم تأسيس عدة هيئات تقوم بتقديم الدعم للمصارف الإسلامية لتلبية احتياجاتها من الموارد البشرية والكفاءات المهنية. Le développement des ressources humaines dans les banques islamiques est l'un des défis majeurs que connait (industrie bancaire islamique, du fait qu'il représente le garant de la continuité de la croissance et de l'expansion des banques islamiques, surtout que ces banques utilisent des moyens qui différent de ceux utilisés dans l’activité bancaire classique, et qui se basent sur la charia.\nEt à la lumière de ces défis, plusieurs organismes ont été crées pour fournir un soutien aux banques islamiques afin de répondre aux besoins de ressources humaines et de compétences professionnelles.\n The development of the human resources in the Islamic banks is considered one of the most important challenges in the Islamic banking industry as a guarantor of the continuous growth and the expansion of the Islamic banks, especially as these banks are based on different foundations in their means from the traditional banking means. All its sanctions are derived from the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
