| المستخلص: | من خلال استعراض لمختلف المبادئ التي تحيط بمهنة الممرضة وأهمية الامتثال لأبعادها الإنسانية والمهنية، يمكن القول أن تشكل الهوية المهنية للممرضة مشروع يتأسس من بداية المشوار الدراسي ويتطور من خلال الاحتكاك المباشر والمثاقفة المستمرة مع الآخر هذا الآخر الذي يمثل عالم الممرضة بمعنى المجال الخاص والمجال العام الذي تتفاعل ضمنه ومعه. ومن خلال الشروط النظرية التي أنتجتها سوسيولوجيا المهن والخطوط التي رسمتها تاريخيا الممرضة عبر مسارها المهني الحافل بالنضال للاعتراف بها كفئة مهنية واجتماعية.\nحاولنا في هذا المقال أن نقدم العناصر السوسيولوجية المكونة للهوية المهنية للممرضة والتي تعكس مدى انتساب واندماج الممرضة نحو مهنتها ونحو المجموعة المهنية والارتباط بالمجال العام للمهنة الطبية، الذي تنخرط فيه الممرضة كفاعل، بحيث تتحول الممرضة من مجرد موظف يتقاضى أجرة مقابل خدمة إلى مدافع عن المهنة ومساهمة في إنتاج وإعادة إنتاج ثقافة المؤسسة. \n Through a review of the various principles surrounding the profession of the nurse and the importance of complying with its human and professional dimensions, it can be said that the professional identity of the nurse is a project that is based from the beginning of the academic process and develops through direct contact and continuous joust with the other. This other represents the world of the nurse in the sense of the private sphere and the public sphere, within and with which it interacts. In addition, through the theoretical conditions produced by the sociology of professions and lines that the nurse has historically drawn through her professional track of struggle to be recognized as a professional and social category.\nIn this article, we tried to present the sociological elements that constitute the professional identity of the nurse, which reflect the extent of affiliation and integration of the nurse towards her profession, the professional group and the connection with the public sphere of the medical profession. This field, in which the nurse is engaged as an actor, so that the nurse becomes not just a staff member who receives a fee for service to a defender of the profession and contribute to the production and reproduction of the culture of the enterprise..\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
