| المستخلص: | This article proposes a consideration of the last local elections held in Morocco in september 2015.proceeding from a rebuilding of their historical and political contexts in which these elections were held under the mandate of a government led by an islamist party. And their general constitutional condition related to the fact that these were the first local and regional elections to be held under the constitution of 2011. And to evoke the aspirations of their contributors. All this in the light of the hypothesis of partial political Return of politics to the electoral field as one of the central conclusions from which to approach the limits of the transformation witnessed by this ballot. يقترح هذا المقال التفكير في الإنتخابات المحلية الأخيرة التي عرفها المغرب في شتتبر 2015،إنطلاقاً من إعادة بناء سياقها التاريخي والسياسي المرتبط بتنظيمها في ظل ولاية حكومة يقودها حزب إسلامي ،وشرطها الدستوري العام المرتبط بكونها أول إنتخابات محلية وجهوية تجري في ظل دستور 2011،وإستحضار رهانات فاعلوها ،كل ذلك على ضوء فرضية العودة الجزئية للسياسية الى الحقل الإنتخابي ،كإحدى الخلاصات المركزية التي يمكن من خلالها مقاربة حدود التحول التي شهدها هذا الإقتراع . Le présent article propose une réflexion sur les dernières élections de septembre 2015 au Maroc, en se basant sur la reconstitution de son contexte historique et politique marqué par son organisation sous le mandat du gouvernement dirigé par le parti islamique, et son aspect constitutionnel général en étant les premières élections locales et régionales sous la constitution de 2011, tout en rappelant les enjeux de ses acteurs, relevant l'hypothèse d'un retour partiel de la politique au sphère électoral en tant qu'une des conclusions principales de ce scrutin. |
