| المستخلص: | إن لظاهرة تأخر سن الزواج أبعاد متعددة، بعد اقتصادي وبعد اجتماعي، بعد أخلاقي وبعد نفسي وبعد إنساني، فتأخر سن الزواج هو انحراف عن المنهج السوي لما يترتب عن ذلك من مفاسد في الأخلاق والسلوك التي تظهر عل الفرد بصفة خاصة والمجتمع بصفة عامة، ومع التسليم بأن هذه ظاهرة عند الرجال والنساء، آخذة في الأتساع والانتشار على مستوى القطر الوطني، فإنه يلزم تكاثف كل الجهود عل كافة المستويات لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة، ووقف خطواتها المريعة التي تقترب من كل بيت، وتفرض نفسها عليه ابتدءا من الشاب والفتاة. وولي الأمر والأسرة وأهل الخير والصلاح والأئمة والدعاة والأساتذة المثقفين والعلماء في كل الأقطار الإسلامية، بالقيام بدورهم الكامل في التوجيه والتوعية بخطورة هذا المرض وما يتبعه من مشاكل كثيرة، فإحجام الشباب عن الزواج يؤدي إلى تأخر سن الزواج عند المرأة كذلك، وتيسير عملية الزواج من طرف أولياء أمور الفتيات سيشجع الشباب على الزواج وتحل مشكلة الآثنين معا. The phenomenon of late or delayed marriage has multiple consequential dimensions, economic, social, moral, psychological and human. The delay in the age of marriage is a deviation from the sound approach due to the corruptions in morality and behavior which consequently emerge in the individual specifically and the society in general. While recognizing that this is a phenomenon among both men and women, which is expanding and spreading at the national level, it is necessary to intensify all efforts, at all levels, to combat this phenomenon and to stop its terrible steps which approach every home and which are imposed on it, which begins with the young man and the girl. It is the responsibility of the guardian, family, good and righteous people, Imams, preachers, intellectuals and scholars in all Islamic countries to play their full role in guiding and raising awareness of the dangers of this disease and its many problems. The reluctance of young people to marry also leads to a delay in the marriage age of women, whilst the facilitation of the marriage process by the parents of the girls will encourage young people to marry and resolve the problem of both at the same time.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
