| المستخلص: | يدخل موضوعنا ضمن مواضيع علم الاجتماع السياسي الذي يعني بالظاهرة السياسية وتتمثل في الأحزاب السياسية في العالم العربي. حيث تناولنا من خلاله نشأة الأحزاب السياسية العربية وتأثير العامل الخارجي على نشأتها. وهذا ما انعكس بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة على وظائفها المتعددة والتي تتمثل على وجه الخصوص في عملية الوساطة بين المواطن والسلطة. ومدى ارتباطها بظاهرة العولمة وآثارها على الأحزاب السياسية العربية. مما خلق لدينا تساؤلات عدة ومنها هل فعلاً توجد أحزاب سياسية في العالم العربي كما هي في الديمقراطيات الغربية؟ وهل تستطيع أن تؤدي وظائفها الكلاسيكية مستقلة عن العامل الخارجي والمتمثل في العولمة؟ Notre sujet de recherche fait partie des études de la sociologie politique, et l’étude des phénomènes politiques, et plus spécialement les parties politiques dans le monde arabe.\nDans cette étude on a pris en considération la construction des systèmes politiques, leurs rôle dans la société, leurs influences sur les individus, et sur le pouvoir, et aussi l’analyse des effets de la mondialisation sur l’activité de ces parties. Enfin la question que nous posons : est - ce - qu’il ya des parties politiques dans le monde arabe qui fonctionnent selon une stratégie démocratique bien reflichie? Our topic is one of the topics of political sociology, which is concerned with the political phenomenon represented by the political parties in the Arab world. We dealt with the emergence of Arab political parties and the influence of the external factor on their emergence. This has been reflected, directly or indirectly, in its various functions, which are, in particular, the process of mediation between the citizen and the Authority, and its relevance to the phenomenon of globalization and its effects on the Arab political parties. This has created many questions, including whether there are political parties in the Arab world as they are in Western democracies?
