| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى دراسة واقع جائزة التربية والتعليم السعودية للتميز من حيث دورها في صقل مهارات الإدارة المدرسية والمدرسة المتميزة من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس ووضع التوصيات والمقترحات لما يمكن أن يسد جوانب النقص في هذا الدور. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء المدارس الثانوية (الذكور) في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية لنتائج الدراسة باستخدام برنامج SPSS، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن الجائزة تؤدي إلى تعزيز ثقافة التميز لدى الإدارات المدرسية، وتستهدف الجائزة التكريم اللائق لكل من القائد التربوي المتميز من الجنسين والمدارس المتميزة، كما أنها أظهرت أن التحفيز عامل مهم للإدارات المدرسية من أجل تطوير أدائها. وتتضمن الجائزة تحقيق مجموعة من القيم الإنسانية العليا كالمواطنة والانتماء والمسئولية المهنية، وتشكل معايير الجائزة أحد أهم مرتكزات التطوير. ومن خلال هذه النتائج تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة العمل على تعزيز ثقافة التميز لدى الإدارات المدرسية، وضرورة إيلاء التحفيز اولوية كبيرة من أجل اشتراك كافة الإدارات المدرسية في التنافس من أجل تطوير أداءها وتجويده، وضرورة اعتماد معايير محددة وواضحة للجميع من أجل الاشتراك في الجائزة والتي تعتبر أحد أهم مرتكزات التطوير التربوي. Role of Education Award Arabia discriminated against in fine-tuning the skills of school management and the school outstanding from the perspective of school principals The research aims to study the reality of Education Award Arabia discriminated against in terms of its role in the refinement of the school administration and school skills distinct from the standpoint of school principals and the development of recommendations and suggestions of what can fill the deficiencies in this role. To achieve the objective of the study was to follow the curriculum descriptive survey, and the study population consisted of all secondary school principals (male) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and has processing statistical results of the study using SPSS program, and the most important findings of the study, said the award lead to promote a culture of excellence among departments school, targeting decent prize honoring each of the outstanding educational leader of equality and excellent schools, it also showed that the stimulation is an important factor for school departments in order to improve its performance. The award include the achievement of a group of senior human values as Citizenship, affiliation and professional responsibility, and constitute one of the most important criteria for the award pillars of development. Through these results was presented a number of recommendations including the need to promote a culture of excellence among school departments, the need to pay stimulus big priority for the involvement of all school administrations in the competition in order to improve its performance and recite, and the need to adopt clear and specific standards for all to participate in the prize which is considered one of the most important pillars of educational development. |
