| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة وتدريب المتطوعون ببعض المنظمات الطوعية العاملة بدول شرق إفريقيا، وتمثلت هذه المنظمات في كل من: ١-منظمة ساحل – سودان ٢-منظمة العون الإنساني والتنمية. ٣-جمعية العون المباشر ٤-منظمة البر الدولية. ٥-منظمة كير العالمية. وقد تم تقييم أداء تلك المنظمات في مجال إدارة وتدريب المتطوعين في كل من: تنزانيا، وكينيا، ودول القرن الإفريقي (إثيوبيا – اريتريا – الصومال-جيبوتي)، والسودان، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي مع الاستعانة بأداة المقابلة (Interview) إضافة إلى استخدام (نموذج إدارة وتدريب المتطوعين بالمنظمات الطوعية) كأداة للقياس والتقويم، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: ١-المنظمات الطوعية العربية والإسلامية العاملة بشرق إفريقيا لا تمتلك إدارات خاصة بالمتطوعين، وذلك مقارنة بالمنظمات الأجنبية. ٢-لدى المنظمات الطوعية العاملة بشرق إفريقيا استراتيجيات محددة لتدريب المتطوعين، وذلك تبعا لمجالات عملها. ٣-المنظمات الطوعية العاملة بشرق إفريقيا ليس لديها برامج تدريبية خاصة بالمتطوعين، وإنما تقدم برامج تدريبية مشتركة للعاملين والمتطوعين على حد سواء. ٤-هناك فروق بين المنظمات الطوعية العاملة بشرق إفريقيا في البرامج التدريبية للمتطوعين، وذلك تبعا للأنشطة والفئات المستهدفة. وعلى ضوء تلك النتائج، فقد توصل الباحث إلي عدد من الاستنتاجات وتوجه بحزمة من التوصيات إلى الجهات المعنية. Administer and Training of Volunteers in voluntary organizations (Analytical and descriptive study for some organizations working in East Africa) This study aims to Know the foundation of the Training of volunteers in some voluntary organizations that works in East Africa, This organizations included: 1- SOS- Sahel organization – Sudan. 2- Human Aids Origination and Development. 3- Albir International Organization. 4- Direct Aids Committee. 5- Care International Organization. The study evaluates the performance of those organizations in side of administration and training for the volunteers in (Tanzania – Kenya and the Horn of Africa (Ethiopia- Ereteria– Somalia –Dejoboty) and Sudan. The Study adopted the analytical and descriptive method with the assistance of (Interview) and also the researcher used the (model of the Administration and Training of volunteers in voluntary organizations) as Tool for measurement and evaluation. The result of the study as follow: 1- The Islamic and Arabic voluntary organizations working in East Africa have no special administration for the volunteers in comparison with the foreign organizations. 2- The voluntary organizations worked in East Africa have specific strategies for training volunteers but it present its Training programmers in accordance with the field of work. 3- The voluntary organizations working in East Africa has no special training programmed for volunteers. 4- There are individual differences between the voluntary organizations working in East Africa in programmed of training volunteers accordance to the activities and the targeted people Accord in to this results the researcher has attempted to this results and direct with bindle of recommendations . |
