| المستخلص: | \nهدف البحث إلى بيان المفهوم الإسلامي للبيئة وتلوثها. وبيان المبادئ الإسلامية التي يمكن من خلالها استخلاص التشريعات الإسلامية المنظمة للبيئة. وتنمية الوعي البيئي لدي الإنسان المسلم. واستخدم البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. وانقسم البحث إلى خمسة مباحث. الأول عن مبدأ التوازن والاستمرار. الثاني مبدأ التسخير والاستخلاف. الثالث مبدأ الصلاح ومحاربة الفساد. الرابع عن النظافة وحب الجمال. والخامس عن مبدأ الشراكة في العبودية لله. وتوصل البحث لعدد من النتائج. منها أن قضية البيئة قضية حديثة لم يعرفها أسلافنا بهذا الحجم وبهذه الخطورة. لذلك لا نجدها في كتب ومؤلفات التراث الإسلامي في أبواب منظمة. وأن التلوث البيئي بمفهومه الواسع يصطلح عليه في القرآن والسنة بالفساد. وان الدين الإسلامي اهتم بالبيئة وأظهر أسس التعامل معها بحيث يمكن حمايتها والحفاظ عليها. فنهى عن الإسراف في جميع الموارد البيئية. كما أوضحت النتائج أن التطور التكنولوجي في جميع المجالات وخصوصا تطور أسلحة الدمار الشامل ينذر بكارثة عظيمة تهدد حياة الإنسان على الأرض. وأوصى البحث بضرورة نشر الثقافة الإسلامية لكل الوسائل الإعلامية المتاحة. وعدم إهمال دور المساجد في تربية المجتمع وتثقيفه. وتشجيع الجمعيات والمؤسسات التي تعمل في مجال حماية البيئة. وتأصيل التربية البيئية الإسلامية وتعميقها على مستوى المدارس والجامعات.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The research aimed to demonstrate the Islamic concept of the environment and its pollution, clarify the Islamic principles through which the organizing Islamic legislation for the environment can be drawn, and develop the environmental awareness of the Muslim individual. The research used the inductive analytical method. The research was divided into five topics. The first on the principle of balance and continuity. The Second is the principle of exploitation and succession. The third is the principle of goodness and fighting corruption. The Fourth is on the cleanliness and love of beauty, and the fifth on the principle of partnership in the worship to Allah. The research reached a number of results, including that the issue of the environment is a modern issue not known to our ancestors of this magnitude and gravity. Therefore, we do not find it in books and writings of the Islamic heritage in organized chapters, and that environmental pollution in its broad sense is termed in the Quran and Sunnah as corruption. Also, the Islamic religion concerned with the environment and showed the basics of dealing with it, so that it can be protected and preserved, it forbade the extravagance on all environmental resources. The results also showed that the technological development in all fields, especially the development of the mass destruction weapons, signals a great catastrophe that threatens the human life on earth. The research recommended the need to spread the Islamic culture to all available media, the role of mosques in raising and educating the community not be neglected, encourage associations and institutions, which working in the field of environmental protection, as well as rooting and deepening the Islamic environmental education at the level of schools and universities..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
