| المستخلص: | Our Arab societies in the age of Globalization (Global System) encounter several challenges. One of these challenges is the issues of this system, which many people consider as objective ' hypothesis ' of combining the two local and international cultures to maintain the cultural heritage, in spite of the conservation that arises out of this concerning the ability of our Arabic societies to deal with the so -called "Modernism' based on vision that includes the validity of culture reflected by the civilization of the third world societies in general, and that of the Arab World - developing countries - in particular in the achievement of context of those values and concepts, effecting the change to cope with this international system. From this perspective, the research study handles this concept in an attempt to refute this idea, not only through analogy and many theories and concepts, but through affordable tool, which is the mechanism of implementation, as a decisive tool to emphasize the deep culture of our Arab societies their deep civilization heritage constitutes sustainable rule for "foundation by modernization" , and analyses the implementation of these methods on some facades of the most important Malls in Kuwait, assurance of this by civilization system and paradigm that reflects the culture of these societies and confirms the role of art to fulfill this rule. Objective: To hypothesize scientific system to assure the international and local cultures by objective drafting as scientific methodology that stresses the capabilities of interior design to fulfill this purpose. |
