| المستخلص: | إن أساس البحث الدلالي في التراث الأصولي هو استنباط الأحكام الشرعية من القرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي الشريف، ولأجل ذلك تعددت الدلالات؛ منها: المطلق والمقيد، العام والخاص، المنطوق الصريح وغير الصريح، المحكم والمتشابه والمفسر والمحكم، والمفهوم بنوعيه؛ الموافقة والمخالفة، ومنه جاء هذا البحث ليقف على نوع دلالي واحد ألا وهو الوقوف على دلالة مفهوم المخالفة عند الأصوليين وأهميتها في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية. حاولنا البدء بتحديد مفهوم المخالفة عند اللغويين والأصوليين، مبتدئين بالمفهوم المعجمي ثم الاصطلاحي، وبالوقوف على المصادر الأصولية للتعريف به اصطلاحا، وبعدها حاولنا تحديد شروط الأخذ والعمل به، ثم أنواعه، وموقف العلماء من أنواعه المختلفة، وحجية الأخذ والعمل بها أيضا، بالإضافة إلى ذلك كله، حاولنا تخصيص جانب مهم يتعلق بمفهوم المخالفة لما يقبل العموم والخصوص، وخاتمة في آخر البحث تتضمن مجموعة من النتائج.
