| المستخلص: | استهدفت المقالة استعراض وقائع ندوة بعنوان تنمية الطفولة المبكرة استثمار للمستقبل. أوضحت المقالة أن مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة تعد مرحلة التأسيس في تكوين شخصية الطفل من نواحيها المختلفة. ففي هذه المرحلة تُرسم أبعاد نمو الطفل. وفيها يتم تكوين أنماط التفكير والسلوك وبناء أسس المفاهيم والمعارف والخبرات والميول والاتجاهات. وتطرقت المقالة إلى كلمة الدكتور حسين كامل بهاء الدين ومحاضرته حول أهمية الطفولة المبكرة والاكتشافات العلمية الحديثة في هذا الشأن. وعرضت المقالة جلسات الندوة وما تضمنته كل جلسة من محاضرات عن الطفولة المبكرة وأهميتها. وبينت المقالة ما انتهت اليها الندوة من مرتكزات وأراء. منها أن التعليم هو البوابة الحقيقة لأي تقدم. وان مستقبل مصر والوطن العربي متوقف على مدى نجاحهم في أعداد الأطفال للمستقبل. وانه لابد من وضع استراتيجية تضمن دخول كل الأطفال إلى المنظومة التعليمية. وعرضت المقالة ما قدمته الندوة من تحديات. منها أن قضايا الطفولة تعاني من آفة التجزيئية حيث ينظر إلى قضايا الطفولة بنظرة مجزأة غير متكاملة. وتلاشي اللغة العربية الفصحى في حياة الأطفال. وارتفاع نسبة التسرب من التعليم وارتفاع نسبة الأمية والزيادة السكانية. وقدمت المقالة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي توصلت لها الندوة. ومنها العمل على إنقاذ التعليم من التطرف والإرهاب. والاهتمام بتعليم الأطفال اللغة العربية واللغات الأخرى. ووضع خطة استراتيجية لقضايا الطفولة. وخلصت المقالة باستعراض فكرة المشروع القومي للنهوض بالطفولة المبكرة الذي قدمته الندوة. مشيرة إلى اقتراح الحضور المشاركين في الندوة بإقامة هيئة تأسيسية لمشروع قومي يعمل على تنمية الطفولة المبكرة. بحيث يقوم كل أعضاء هذه الهيئة بتحمل مسئولية الترويج والمناصرة لهذا المشروع في نطاق عملهم. وأن يتبنى الإعلاميون والكتاب في مقالاتهم تعبئة الرأي العام حول أهمية هذا الموضوع.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \n The article aimed to review the proceedings of a seminar entitled "The Early childhood development is an Investment for the Future". The article explained that the early childhood is the stage of building the formation of the child's personality from its various aspects. At this stage, the child's developmental dimensions are drawn, the patterns of thinking and behavior are formed, and the foundations of concepts, knowledge, experiences, tendencies and trends are constructed. The article turned to the speech of Dr. Hussein Kamel Baha El Din and his lecture on the importance of the early childhood and the latest scientific discoveries in this regard. The article presented the sessions of the seminar and the contents of each session on the early childhood and its importance. The article showed the cornerstones and opinions, which the symposium is concluded, including that education is the true gateway to any progress. The future of Egypt and the Arab world depends on their success in preparing children for the future and that a strategy must be developed to ensure that all children entered the educational system. The article presented the challenges showed by the seminar, including that childhood issues suffer from the fragmentation problem, where the issues of childhood are seen in a fragmentary and incomplete view. In addition, the disappearance of the classical Arabic in the lives of children, the high educational drop-out rate, high illiteracy, and the population growth. The article presented a set of recommendations and suggestions reached by the symposium, including: helping to save the education from the extremism and terrorism, drawing attention to teach the children Arabic and other languages, and developing a strategic plan for the children's issues. The article reviewed the idea of the national project for the early childhood development, which is presented by the symposium.
