The research group of the findings and recommendations which can benefit and help in the decision - making process leasing appropriate أن المنظمات تواجه جملة من المشكلات والمعوقات لتحقيق أهدافها ، أهمها كيفية تمويل احتياجاتها المتزايدة . وفي هذا الصدد تبرز أهمية التمويل بالاستئجار كوسيلة لتمويل الاستثمارات على المدى المتوسط والطويل . خصوصاً بعد ما ثبت أن هذه الوسيلة قد أسهمت بفاعلية كبيرة في زيادة الاستثمارات في الدول المتقدمة ، وتلقى اهتماما متزايداً في الدول النامية . تمثل مشكلة البحث في أن متخذ القرار أو المدير المال يواجه بين بديلين هما الاستئجار أو الاقتراض وشراء الأصول عدم مقدرة متخذ القرار أو المدير المالي في اتخاذ القرار المناسب . المنهج المستخدم هو المنهج التاريخي لمناقشة التطور التاريخي للإستئجار التمويلى في المنظمات والمنهج التحليلى لوصف وتفسير الاستئجار التمويلى واتخاذ القرارات التمويلية .توصل البحث لمجموعه من النتائج والتوصيات يمكن من خلالها الاستفادة و المساعدة في عملية أتخاذ القرار التمويلى المناسب . |
