| 520 | |f The article aims at highlighting a reading in the beginning of the surah of Al-Alaq. The article included several elements. The first element touched on the revelation of the Holy Quran and the mission of the Prophet Muhammad as the last cosmic event in this world. The second element analyzed the significance of beginning the Quran with the word "Recite". The third element answered the question of why did the speech begin with "Recite in the name of your Lord", not with: Recite in the name of Allah? The fourth element raised several questions, including did the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) recite? Did he know how to recite in the first meeting with the revelation? Did the Prophet remain illiterate? The fifth element clarified the purpose of the speech beginning by "Recite" in the form of imperative. The sixth element explained the goal of knowledge, reading and meditation. The article ended by emphasizing that every scientist in his field must know that above every (man) owning knowledge is One Who is Ever Knowing, that the knowledge of humanity no matter how much it is, it is like what a bird took with its beak of seawater, and that the knowledge of Allah is endless.
