| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إجراءات السلامة المهنية في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في أن الكثير من المنشآت الصناعية لا تعطي الاهتمام الكافي لأهمية إجراءات السلامة المهنية أو توفر بعضا من مستلزماتها. وتفرعت من مشكلة الدراسة عدة أسئلة هي: أ- ما هي السلامة المهنية وإجراءاتها؟ ب- ما مدي أهمية السلامة المهنية خاصة في المجالات الصناعية وأثرها على رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين؟ ج- ما هي درجة اهتمام القيادات الإدارية بإجراءات السلامة المهنية؟ د- ما هو أثر ارتفاع تكاليف أجهزة السلامة المهنية على اهتمام الإدارة بتوفيرها؟ وتمثلت فروض الدراسة في الآتي: أ- لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السلامة المهنية ورفع كفاءة الأداء. ب- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاهتمام بالسلامة المهنية ورفع كفاءة أداء العاملين. ج- توجد علاقة دلالة إحصائية بين درجة وعي العاملين بأهمية السلامة المهنية ورفع كفاءة أداء العاملين. 4- لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ارتفاع تكاليف أجهزة السلامة المهنية واهتمام الإدارة بتوفيرها. وتوصل الباحثون إلى نتائج أهمها: أ- ضعف التوعية بمخاطر العمل قبل التعيين، حيث أن نسبة 60% من العاملين لم يتم إخطارهم بمخاطر العمل. ب- عدم توفر الملابس الواقية الكافية من قبل الإدارة، حيث بلغت نسبة الذين لم يرتدون الملابس الواقية نسبة 75%. ج- تؤثر إجراءات السلامة المهنية في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين. بناءا على تلك النتائج أوصي الباحثون بالاتي: أ- لا بد من الاهتمام بإشارات السلامة المهنية التي توضح منطقة وجود الخطر وكيفية الوقاية منها. ب- توفر نظام تهوية جيدة ومستمرة في أماكن ارتفاع درجات الحرارة داخل المصنع. ج- التدريب المستمر للعاملين. د- الاهتمام بإنشاء وحدات سلامة بكل المصانع. This study aimed lo show the role of occupational safety procedures in increasing the efficiency of the performance. The problem of the study was represented in that many of the industrial establishments; neither pay adequate attention to the occupational safety procedures nor provide some of their requirements. This study on the role of occupational safety procedures in raising the efficiency of employee's performance addresses the following questions: What are the Occupational Safety and procedures? What is the importance of occupational safely, especially in the fields of industry and its impact on raising the efficiency of the employee's performance? What is the degree of interest in administrative leaderships of occupational solely procedures? The study hypotheses was the following: There is no statistically significant relationship between occupational safely and raise the efficiency of performance. There is a statistically significant relationship between offention to occupational safely and the raise of the efficiency of employee's performance. there is a statistically significant relationship between staff awareness of the importance of occupational solely and the raise of the efficiency of employee performance. there is no statistically significant relationship between high costs of occupational safely devices and the Administration Interest to provide them. The researchers have come to the following results: Weak awareness of the risks of work prior to appointment, where 60% of workers were not informed about the risks of the work. The lack of adequate protective clothing deportment, whore the percentage of those who did not wear protective clothing 75°/o. Occupational safely procedures Affect in raising the efficiency of the performance of employees. Based on these findings, researchers recommend the following: There should be an interest in occupational safely signals that show the areas and the presence of dangers and how to prevent Them. Provide a good and continuous ventilation system in places of high temperotures inside the factory. Continuous training for employees • Establishing safety units in all factories. |
