| المستخلص: | The present study started with nomenclature as used in the paper; namely, what is meant by psychological, social, skill, knowledge and religious, and the fields these incorporated, such as the educational, economic and social. It pointed out the factors that facilitate gaining the experience needed for coping with current problems. The study adopted the analytic and theoretical approach for interpreting reactions between individuals and society in the light of the individuals’ experiences. In the end it reached the following results: 1.There is a strong relationship between integration and stability on the one hand and man, way of life and earth on the other. 2.Lack of dialogue and negotiation experience amongst individuals may lead to inexperience and inability to accept other people’s points of view, and consequently lead to conflict. 3.Religious experience has a positive effect in the individual’s thinking, behaviour and soul. 4.Preparing the individual for the future depends on the introduction of educational institutions that permit the individual to gain skills and qualifications as well as integration among his diverse faculties. That can be achieved through various activities and teaching methods, technology, staff and vision. |
