| المستخلص: | The linguistic material clustered and studied by Ibn-Al-Sikeet to be termed as conversion and\ replacement, are unified by meanings and variety of pronouncements. They are samples of phonological developments governed by rules of that cultural period, where those rules governed language till its future standard uses. The obvious point of this was to demonstrate and simply those rule in modernistic style for them here but sparking\ lights in modem phonological lessons.\ Ibn-Al-Sikeet phonological rules were governed by :\ A.\ The sameness rule progressive and retroactive sort.\ B.\ The mishearing rule\ C.\ The opposition rule\ D.\ Ibn-Al-Sikeet had use principle discovered by Sibawiyh, where Al-Khaleel had mentioned the rule before Sibawiyh .The rules governs the relationship between one sound and another ,where there is sameness and nearness between alternates and features. |
