| المستخلص: | \n\n استهدف المقال تقديم تقرير عن المؤتمر الأول لبحوث الإدارة العامة (مينابار) بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بمملكة البحرين . واشتمل المؤتمر على جلستين رئيستين . فدارت الجلسة الأولي حول أجندة بحوث للمينابار . أما الجلسة الثانية فكانت لتمهيد الطريق للتأسيس الرسمي للمجموعة الإقليمية. كما تضمن المؤتمر ست جلسات عمل متوازية لليوم الأول وست جلسات عمل لليوم الثاني. وتم خلال افتتاح المؤتمر التدشين الرسمي لمجموعة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لبحوث الادارة العامة مينابار. واختتم المؤتمر بأعلان معهد الإدارة العامة "بيبا" رسمياً عن إنشاء منظمة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لبحوث الإدارة العامة "مينابار". وأن تتخذ من المنامة مقراً لها لتكون نواة لبحوث الإدارة العامة وتطوير الممارسات الإدارية والحكومية. وينعكس ذلك إيجابياً على الحياة اليومية للمواطن في منطقتي الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n \nThe article aimed to present a report about the first conference of public administration research (MENAPAR) in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Conference included two main sessions. The first session was about a MENAPAR research agenda. The second session was to pave the way for the formal establishment of the regional group. The conference also included six parallel working sessions for the first day and six working sessions for the second day. During the opening of the conference, the official commencement of the Middle East and North Africa Public Administration Research Group (MENAPAR) was done. The conference was concluded with the announcement of the Institute of Public Administration (PIPA) of the establishment of the Middle East and North Africa Research Organization for Public Administration (MENAPAR). The conference pointed out that Manama will be its center to be the nucleus for public administration research and the development of administrative and governmental practices.
