| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة إلى الحث على تأسيس مكتبة عربية إلكترونية للمقالات العلمية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. واختتمت الدراسة بعدة نتائج منها أن الوطن العربي يوجد فيه أكثر من 200 جامعة تضم عشرات الآلاف من المعيدين وأكثر من 0,2 مليون طالب دراسات عليا في العلوم وأكثر من 75 مركز أبحاث والكثير من المعاهد العليا والباحثين. كما أشارت إلى أن الجامعات العربية تتولى تقصي معرفة طلاب الدراسات العليا باللغات الأجنبية عدديا في جداول تبين عدد الطلاب الذين يجيدون كل لغة أجنبية لتبين النقص المعرفي للعديد من اللغات الأجنبية. ومدى انتشار معرفة طلاب الدراسات العليا باللغات الأجنبية ومراعاة إرسال نسخة منه إلى الهيئة العليا لتعريب البحوث العلمية. وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تأسيس مكتبة عربية إلكترونية للمقالات العلمية تتبع للمنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم وتتولي إنشاءها وإدارتها الهيئة العليا لتعريب البحوث العلمية التي تضم مختصين بشتى الفروع العلمية. وينبغي القضاء على هيمنة لغات الدول الاستعمارية بفرض تعلم شتي لغات العالم بقصد الوصول إلي أكبر قدر من المعارف والعلوم في العالم مباشرة من منابعها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed at encouraging the establishment of an electronic Arabic library for scientific articles. The study used descriptive analytical method. The study concluded several results; one is that the Arab world has more than 200 universities with tens of thousands of lecturers and more than 0.2 million postgraduate students in science and more than 75 research centers and many higher institutes and researchers. It also pointed out that the Arab universities are investigating the knowledge of foreign language Postgraduate students in numbers in tables showing the number of students who are fluent in each foreign language to identify the lack of knowledge of many foreign languages. In addition, the extent of the spread of knowledge of Postgraduate students in foreign languages and taking into account sending a copy to the Supreme Commission for the Arabization of scientific research. The study recommended the establishment of an electronic Arabic library for scientific articles belonging to the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science and the establishment and management of the Higher Commission for the Arabization of Scientific Research, which includes specialists in various branches of science.
