| 520 | |a يتناول موضوع البحث مفهوم النخبة السياسية و دورها في تنشيط الحياة السياسية داخل المجتمع المحلي، حيث يعتبر مفهوم النخبة السياسية من المفاهيم الحديثة في النظريات المعاصرة لعلم الاجتماع السياسي و هذا المفهوم يقترن بمفهوم آخر هو مفهوم المشاركة السياسية ودور هذه الأخيرة في تنشيط الحياة السياسية لاسيما داخل المجتمعات المحلية.\n تناولت الدراسة دور النخب في تنشيط المشاركة السياسية خاصة في أهم مراحلها وهي الانتخابات وكان اختيار نموذج المجتمع المحلي لولاية الجلفة ،لأن هذه المنطقة لازلت تحظر بها خصائص المجتمعات المحلية من ترابط عضوي وتحكم العادات و التقاليد وحضور العصبية القبلية.\nو أظهرت النتائج أن النخب لعبت دورا هاما في صناعة الانتخابات و رفع نسبة المشاركة من أجل إنتاج نخب على حساب أخرى ( أي قبيلة على حساب أخرى)، و لم يكن تفعيل النخب للمشاركة السياسية من خلال تنمية الثقافة السياسية للمواطن أو دعم التنشئة السياسية للأجيال القادمة بقدر ماهو صراع ما بين القبائل لامتلاك القوة من خلال وضع نخبها في مواقع صناعة القرار.\n | ||
| 520 | |f The subject of the research addresses the concept of the political elite and its role in respect to stimulating political life within the local community, in the case where the concept of the political elite is from the modern concepts found within contemporary views of political sociology. This concept is linked to another and that is the concept of political participation and the role of the latter in respect to stimulating political life and especially inside local communities. \nThe research has addressed the role of the elites in relation to stimulating political participation and particularly in its most important of stages and that is the elections. The province of Djelfa was selected as the model of a local community because this area still maintains the characteristics of local communities in terms of the interdependence of its members and the control of customs and traditions in addition to the presence of tribal partisanship. \nThe results of the research showed that the elites played a significant role in the making of the elections and raising the proportion of participation for the purpose of producing elites at the expense of others (i.e. a tribe at the expense of another). The elites’ activation of political participation was not undertaken by developing a political culture for the citizen or through supporting political nurturing for future generations, as much as it represented a clash between tribes over taking possession of power by placing their elites in the positions of decision making.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
