| المستخلص: | The paper aims to identify the issue of unemployment and employment of the workforce in the Northern State in Sudan. \ A developmental strategic vision should be considered in the Northern State. \ The study looked at the theoretical concepts related to the issue of unemployment and the employment of the workforce and henceforth it handled the issue unemployment and full employment of the work force in the Northern State. \ After the performance and the analysis of the data, the study has come to several results which were represented in the rise of the unemployment rates in the Northern State and the control of the Agricultural activities to obtain chances for employing work force in the Northern State Also the existence of qualitative defects in the qualifications of the educated cadres who are out of work due to coping with the work market in the State. \ The paper has come with a number of recommendations that encompass the importance of speeding up remedying the defect in the work market in the Northern State through handling the side of supply and demand to achieve growth in the various economic sectors in the State and widening training various programs according to the needs of work market in the State through transformational training and adopting economic political strategy that contribute in distributing income and encouraging investment in more productive work and exploiting energy for machinery and tools in addition to rapid treatment in both general and high education in a form that makes its outcome cope with the needs of work market and investment and development in the State. \ |
