| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح الآثار الناجمة عن العولمة على الأسرة المسلمة، والدور التربوي للتشريع الإسلامي في مواجهتها حماية لتلك الأسرة من أخطار الانزلاق في مهاوي ردى العولمة. وقد استخدم في هذه الدراسة منهج التحليل الاستقصائي النقدي، لتحليل البيانات والإحصاءات التي تم الحصول عليها خلال جمعها من الواقع الحياتي لحياة الأسرة المسلمة، وكذلك من الدراسات السابقة التي تمت في هذا الموضوع، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:- تمثل دور العولمة في جانبين سلبي وإيجابي؛ ويتمثل ما هو إيجابي في ما توصلت إليه نتائج العولمة من تقدم علمي وتكنولوجي أسهم في رقي الحياة وازدهارها بمختلف مجالات الحياة المجتمعية، بينما تمثلت سلبيات العولمة في السيطرة والهيمنة التي تحاول فرضها على كافة شعوب العالم دون استثناء، تلك السيطرة التي تهدف بها نهب ثروات تلك الشعوب وخيراتها.-كانت الأسرة المسلمة أكثر عناصر المجتمع تأثراً بسلبيات العولمة. - تأثرت الأسرة المسلمة بنتائج العولمة في المجالات: العقائدية والثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية والسياسية، وكانت السلبيات واضحة في مختلف الجوانب الحياتية للأسرة المسلمة، وتغلب تلك السلبيات على إيجابيات ذلك التأثير. - يعتبر التشريع الإسلامي حصنا منيعاً للأسرة المسلمة من خلال الدور التربوي المرتكز على أسس قيم الدين الإسلامي الذي يوجه به أفراد الأسرة لما فيه صلاحها في الدنيا وفلاحها في الآخرة. وفي نهاية الدراسة نوصي بتفعيل الدور التربوي للتشريع الإسلامي في واقع الأسرة المسلمة في مختلف جوانب العمل التربوي من أجل مواجهة أخطار العولمة على كيانها البنيوي في كافة المجالات. This study aims at revealing the investigation of the effects resulting from globalization on the Muslim family and the educational role of Islamic legislation in its confrontation of a protection of those families from the slip dangers of the globalization death abyss, the researcher has applied in this study the critical fact finding analysis method for analysis of data and statistics were generated through collection of the real life of the Muslim family, and related to previous studies that tackled the same topic .The study has reached the following results: - The globalization role is represented in two sides; negative and positive. What is positive reviewed in the globalization results; scientific and technological progress thus contributed to the progress of life and its prosperity in all social life fields. Whereas the globalization passiveness consisted in the control and the domination which they try to impose on all world nations with no exception to exploit those nations wealth.- The Muslims family was the most elements of the society being affected by the globalization passivities. - The Muslim family is affected by the globalization results in the fields of; the ideological, cultural, social, economical. Technological and political.- The passiveness is obvious in different life sides of the Muslim family. Thus passiveness overwhelmed the influence of positivity. - The Islamic legislation is the strong hold to the Muslim family throng the educational role based on the Islamic value bases which directs all members of the family to the best of life and success in heaven. Eventually, the study recommends to activate the educational role of Islamic legislation in reality of Islamic family in all fields of educational work as a hold to confront the dangers of globalization on its structured entity in all fields. |
