| المستخلص: | The article aimed at revealing the reality and prospects of the media landscape in Iraq. The article also pointed out that the media is the third pillar in the balance of power that governs societies, namely, politics, economy and media. The military coups were based on two tanks, one was at the royal palace or the republican and the other was at the gate of radio and television. The article dealt as well with the characteristics of the Iraqi media before and after the US occupation of Iraq 2003. The results of the article confirmed that there is a number of measures, which may contribute to the advancement of the media scene in Iraq. They were represented in building a valuable professional Iraqi media that contributes to building a creative and civilized society, and raising the awareness about the need for meaningful professional media. They included as well supporting the purposeful independent media institutions, as well as preparing professional talents that have a civilized message, and drafting indicator of the standards for the quality of media content and professionalism to evaluate the performance of media institutions in an annual report.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن واقع وآفاق المشهد الإعلامي في العراق. كما أشار المقال إلى أن الإعلام يشكل الضلع الثالث في ميزان القوى التي تحكم المجتمعات، وهي السياسة والاقتصاد والإعلام وكانت الانقلابات العسكرية تقوم على دبابتين إحداهما عند القصر الملكي أو الجمهوري والأخرى عند بوابة الإذاعة والتلفزيون.كما تناول المقال سمات الإعلام العراقي قبل وبعد الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق عام 2003.وجاءت نتائج المقال مؤكدة علي أن هناك مجموعة من الإجراءات التي قد تسهم في الارتقاء بالمشهد الإعلامي بالعراق تمثلت في بناء إعلام عراقي مهني قيمي يسهم في بناء مجتمع حضاري مستقر مبدع، وتعزيز الوعي بضرورة الإعلام المهني الهادف، وكذلك دعم المؤسسات الإعلامية المستقلة الهادفة، فضلا عن إعداد ملكات مهنية لها رسالة حضارية، وصياغة مؤشر لمعايير الجودة الإعلامية للمحتوي والمهنية لتقييم أداء المؤسسات الإعلامية في تقرير سنوي.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
