| المستخلص: | This study Focuses on: concept, problem, objectives and straegy privatization and its obstacles in public sector that led to a privatization. \ The study consists of a background about Elsoki agricultural scheme, its size and population composition. Also it focuses on productivity pre and post privatization. \ The Researcher used the questionnaire and interview with farmers as tools of data collection. \ the main result of the study is demobilization of employees without good compositions. \ the researcher recommends that there should be censorship of government on institutions that were privatized. \ |
