| 520 | |d Les Normes Internationales du Travail sont le principal moyen d’action de l’Organisation Internationale du Travail, elles prennent la forme de conventions ou de recommandations. \n Dans ce contexte, et afin d’atteindre ses objectifs, l’O.I.T. met en application un dispositif constitutionnel de procédures à caractère spécifique régissant l’adoption, l’interprétation, la révision, l’abrogation et la dénonciation des conventions et recommandations émises à son niveau. \n Ainsi, cette étude traite des formalités procédurales des normes internationales du travail élaborées dans le cadre constitutionnel de l’O.I.T. | ||
| 520 | |f International labor standards are the main activity mechanism adopted by the International Labor Organization ; they are embodied in a group of conventions or recommendations. In this context, in order to achieve its objectives, the Organization has established the foundations of a constitutional system for a set of distinct procedural formalities that govern the adoption, interpretation, review, repeal and revocation of conventions and recommendations adopted within it. Based on the above, the study illustrates the constitutional framework of the procedural formalities of the international labor standards established at the level of the International Labor Organization.
