| 520 | |d Notre étude se veut une réflexion sur la question du développement politique et de la problématique de la bonne gouvernance en Algérie à travers la mise en évidence de la relation qui existe entre les paramètres et les éléments théoriques servant l'interprétation et l’analyse de ces deux concepts et les problèmes politiques qui sont liés à la vie politique en Algérie.\nPour ce faire nous nous basons sur les facteurs et les éléments de deux variables jugés essentiels 7 D’abord, le développement politique ou la démocratisation de la vie politique comme variable incontestable et indépendant et ensuite, la bonne gouvernance comme variable dépendant. Nous essayons donc de voir comment le système politique algérien agit avec ces deux variables en réalisant l'état de droit et en fournissant la qualité politique et l'efficacité de la gestion des affaires publiques | ||
| 520 | |f This study aims to highlight the issue of political development and the problem of good governance in Algeria. This is done by highlighting the relationship between the theoretical concepts and determinants in the interpretation and the analysis of the two concepts and the political problems that are related to the reality of political life in Algeria based on two main variables. They are the political development or democratization of the political life as an original independent variable, good governance as a dependent variable and the factors and component of both of them . Also it seeks to know how the Algerian political system deals with these two variables, through the provision and realization of the rule of law, political quality, and the effectiveness in facilitating the public affairs.
