| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى حصر الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة عند معلمات العلوم الشرعية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي، اختيرت عينة عشوائية من معلمات العلوم الشرعية في المرحلة المتوسطة في مكتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المزاحمية عددها (25) معلمة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي (1434/ 1435ه). استخدمت بطاقة ملاحظة تكونت من (49) فقرة موزعة على سبع محاور كأداة للدراسة. وأظهرت الدراسة أن درجة توافر كفاية "جودة الكفاءة العلمية في التخصص" جاءت بدرجة متوسطة أي بمتوسط حسابي (2.98)، وكفاية "جودة تخطيط الدرس" بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.63)، وكفاية "جودة تنفيذ الدرس" بدرجة ضعيفة بمتوسط حسابي (2.50)، وكفاية "جودة إدارة الصف" بدرجة ضعيفة بمتوسط حسابي (2.55)، وكفاية "جودة تقنيات التعليم" بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.67)، وكفاية "جودة التقويم والأسئلة الصفية" بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.89)، وكفاية "السمات الشخصية" بدرجة عالية بمتوسط حسابي (3.48). وأوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمات حديثات التعيين حول توظيف الكفايات التدريسية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في تخصص العلوم الشرعية. وتشجيع تبادل زيارات الأقران وتوظيفها في تنفيذ خطة التحضير والقائمة على كفايات التدريس في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. | ||
| 520 | |f The aim of the study was to limit the teaching competencies required by the teachers of Sharia sciences. The study used the descriptive and analytical survey curriculum. A random sample of 25 female teachers of Sharia sciences at the intermediate level was selected in the Office of Education in Muzahimiyah Governorate during the second semester of the academic year (1434/ 1435H). A note card consisting of (49) paragraphs distributed across seven axes was used as a tool for study. The study showed that the degree of adequacy of “quality of scientific competence in specialization” came at an average degree, i.e., an arithmetic average (2.98), and the adequacy of “quality of lesson planning” with an average arithmetic average (2.63), the adequacy of “lesson execution quality” with a weak score of arithmetic average (2.50), the adequacy of the “quality of class management” to a low degree with an arithmetic average (2.55), and the adequacy of “quality of education techniques” at an average of arithmetic (2.67); Adequacy of “quality of calendar and class questions” with average arithmetic (2.89), and high adequacy of “personal traits” with average arithmetic (3.48). The study recommended holding training courses for newly appointed female teachers on employing teaching competencies in light of the overall quality standards in the specialty of Sharia Sciences and Promoting the exchange and use of peer visits in the implementation of the preparation plan based on teaching competencies in the light of overall quality standards.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
