| 520 | |a يعتبر التكوين النفسي من العمليات المعاصرة التي ترتقي بالعنصر البشري في المنظمة المعاصرة إلى مستويات راقية من التعاون وروح الفريق والثقة بالنفس والإبداع والتفكير المستقل وروح المبادرة، وإن اختلفت التعريفات والمفاهيم، فإن جوهره يتمركز حول منح العمال حرية في أداء العمل ومشاركة أوسع في تحمل المسؤولية ووعي أكبر بمعنى العمل الذي يقومون به والعشور بالأهمية وروح المسؤولية، وذلك من أجل إعادة ترتيب المؤسسة وخلق مناخ وبيئة تنظيمية محفزة ومشجعة على العمل والإبداع والولاء.\n\tووقوفا عند هذه الوضعية التنظيمية حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، إلقاء الضوء على حال التمكين النفسي لأفراد الحماية المدنية باعتبارها مؤسسة جزائرية هامة، وهيئة من الهيئات التي لها دور كبير وفعال في الحفاظ على أمن وسلامة أفراد المجتمع، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: هل تعمل إدارة الحماية المدنية على تحقيق التمكين النفسي لأفرادها ؟\n\tوللإجابة على هذا التساؤل قمنا بتصميم استمارة وتوزيعها على عينة (8) من أفرد الحماية المدنية بالمديرية الولائية لولاية سكيكدة، وبعد المناقشة والتحليل توصلنا إلى وجود مستوى عالي من التمكين النفسي لدى أفراد الحماية المدنية، وهو ما يدل على اهتمام إدارة الحماية المدنية بالجانب النفسي لأفرادها، رغم الصعوبات التنظيمية والضغوطات المهنية التي تعترض مهام أفراد الحماية المدنية ببلادنا.\n | ||
| 520 | |f The dispositional or psychological formation is considered to be from the contemporary processes which elevate the human element, within the contemporary organizational setup, to high levels in terms of cooperation, team spirit, self-confidence, creative and independent thinking and the spirit of taking the initiative. Even if definitions and conceptions have differed, the essence of this focuses around granting employees the freedom to undertake the work and participate more in carrying responsibility and granting them greater awareness of the work that they are undertaking, generating the feeling of the importance and spirit of responsibility. And that is in order to reorganize the institution and create the climate and organizational environment that stimulates and encourages the work, creativity and loyalty. \nIn examining this organizational context, we have attempted in this research paper to shed light upon the self-empowerment of the individuals of civil defense, in its consideration as being an important Algerian institution and body from amongst the bodies which have a major and effective role in respect to the preservation of the security and peace of the members of society. That will be approached via asking the following: Does the civil defense administration act to accomplish self-empowerment for its members? \nTo answer this question, we have designed a questionnaire and distributed it to a sample of 8 from among the members of the civil defense within the directorate of the Skikda province. After discussion and analysis, we concluded that there was a high level of self-empowerment among the members of the civil defense and this indicates to the concern of the civil administration with this psychological aspect of its members, in spite of the organizational difficulties and occupational pressures obstructing the members of the civil defense in our lands.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
