| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول كافة المكتبات العامة الثابتة التي أنشأها صندوق التنمية الثقافية تحت مسمى (مكتبة الطفل والشباب) بريف محافظة أسيوط، ويبلغ عددها أربع (4) مكتبات، وكذلك جميع المكتبات الريفية بمحافظة الوادي الجديد، والتي يبلغ عددها ثلاث (3) مكتبات، وواقع هذه المكتبات ودورها كأداة للتنمية الشاملة في المجتمع الريفي، من خلال رصد أهم الأنشطة والخدمة التي تقدمها لمجتمع المستفيدين ومدى الإفادة منها، هذا بالإضافة إلى تحديد المشكلات التي يقابلها المستفيدون وتقديم المقترحات؛ بهدف الوصول إلى النهوض بمستوى الأداء بتلك المكتبات، والوصول إلى الإطار الصحيح الذي يحكم إنشاء المكتبات العامة بهذه المناطق الريفية والنائية، والضوابط التي تحكم ما تقدمه هذه المكتبات من خدمات لسكان هذه المناطق. This research aims to address all constant public libraries established by the Cultural Development Fund under the name of “Children and Youth Library” in the countryside of Assiut Governorate. These are four (4) libraries, as well as all rural libraries in the New Valley governorate, which number three (3) libraries. The study also seeks to understand the reality of these libraries and their role as a tool for comprehensive development in rural society by monitoring the most important activities and services they provide to the beneficiary community and the extent to of benefitting from them, in addition to identifying the problems faced by the beneficiaries and making proposals, in order to improve the performance of those libraries, and achieve the proper framework governing the establishment of public libraries in these rural and remote areas, and the controls governing the services that these libraries provide to the inhabitants of these areas.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
