| المستخلص: | The administrative contract plays a great role in controlling and running the administrative actirity where the administrations depends, in establishing contnacts with others by which the administration will be able to eslcablish, maintain and use public services. Because of the different opinions existing in the contracts and judicial disputes, it is necessary here to distinguish between the civil contraets and admini strative contracts. \ The distinction between the civil contracts and administrative contracts should depnd on certain objective criteria not to be set – there are three standars for distinction – first, the presente of administration as one side in the contract. Second, relating the contract to gereral service aetivity third, the un familiar and unmentioned conditions included in the administrative contract other than civil contracts. \ |
