| 520 | |e \nاستهدفت الدراسة تقييم تناول الإعلام العربي لقضايا حقوق الطفل. من خلال تحليل محتوي عينة من المضامين التليفزيونية والصحفية المقدمة للجمهور العام. بعينة من وسائل الإعلام العربية باستخدام التحليل الكمي والكيفي. واستطلاع آراء عينة من الأطفال في عدد من الدول العربية نحو أنماط تعرضهم لوسائل الإعلام وتقييمهم لمعالجة قضاياهم بها. وتقييم البيئة المهنية التي يعمل في إطارها القائم بالاتصال في مجال إعلام الطفل في عدد من الدول العربية. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح. وشمل مجتمع الدراسة الأطفال في الفئة العمرية من 12 حتى 15 عاما على اختلاف تخصصاتهم الديموجرافية. وأيضا القائم بالاتصال في مجال إعلام الطفل بالدول العربية على مستوى معدي ومقدمي ومخرجي البرامج التليفزيونية الموجهة إلى الأطفال. ومحرري وكتّاب الطفل في الصحف والمجلات العربية.\nوأكدت نتائج الدراسة على أن قضايا حقوق الطفل حظيت باهتمام ضعيف في القنوات العربية. وعدم تخصيص المساحة الزمنية الكافية لاستعراض تلك القضايا ومناقشة واقع الطفل العربي وقضاياه الحيوية. وطرح أبعاد المشكلات والحلول المقترحة لها. كما أغفلت النسبة الأكبر من البرامج التي عالجت قضايا حقوق الطفل إتاحة الفرصة لمشاركة الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. وأوضحت التراجع الواضع في مجال اهتمام المجتمع بحقوق الطفل وتهميش قضاياه.\nوأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وجود سياسة إعلامية واضحة توجه أداء القائمين على شأن الإعلام العربي لتطوير أداء الإعلام فيما يتصل بحقوق الطفل العربي كما أقرتها المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية. واستمرار تقييم أداء وسائل الإعلام المسموعة والمقروءة والمرئية في تناول قضايا حقوق الطفل العربي. وإيجاد آلية تنفيذية لتفعيل مقترحات تطوير الأداء الإعلامي على مستوى مسئولي الإعلام العربي والمعنيين بإعلام الطفل من القائمين بالاتصال.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |f The study aimed at evaluating the Arab media's handling of child rights issues, by analyzing the content of a sample of TV and press content presented to the general public, with a sample of Arab media by using quantitative and qualitative analysis and the opinion poll of a sample of children in a set of Arab countries about patterns of exposure them to the media and their evaluation to address their issues and evaluate the vocational environment in which work on the communication-based in the field of child's media in a number of Arab countries. The survey method was used. The study community included children aged 12 to 15 years in different demographic backgrounds. Furthermore, the communication-based in the field of child's media in Arab countries at the level of and programme producers, presenter and directors of television programs directed to children and children's editors and writers in Arab newspapers and magazines.\nThe results of the study confirmed that the issues of children's rights received little attention in the Arab channels, not allocated sufficient time to review these issues, discussed the reality of the Arab child and vital issues, and put the dimensions of the problems and the solutions proposed to them. The majority of programs also overlooked, which addressed the issues of child rights, the opportunity for children with special needs to participate. It pointed out the obvious decline in the field of community's interest in children's rights and the marginalization of their issues. \nThe study recommended the need for a clear media policy that guides the performance of those responsible for the Arab media to develop the performance of the media in relation to the rights of the Arab child as approved by international conventions and agreements, continue to evaluate the performance of audio, readable and visual media in addressing the rights of the Arab child.
