From her the search comes to provide a geographical information database covering a region lacks to most of the responsible agencies to maps of their own , and in the same time enriching the libraries by researches of geographic information to demonstrate its role in the planning , development , and aggiornamento . زيارة أربعينية الإمام الحسين كرنفال سنوي يتواعد في إحيائه الملايين من الزاحفين إلى كربلاء ، وان طريق الزحف هذا هو المكان الوحيد الذي تمر من خلاله تلك الملايين وبفترة قصيرة لذلك فان الطرق والخدمات والأمن والمبيت يجب أن تكون ذات قدرة عالية على استيعاب و خدمة هذه الأعداد الكبيرة وفي وقت واحد . وعام بعد عام تزداد الخدمة والعاملين والجهات المشرفة ، وتتم التحسينات على الأداء وتطوير السياقات وتنمية القابليات . ومن هنا جاء البحث ليوفر قاعدة معلومات جغرافية تغطي منطقة تفتقر اغلب الجهات المسؤولة إلى خرائط تخصها ، وبنفس الوقت إثراء المكتبات ببحوث نظم المعلومات الجغرافية لبيان أهميتها ودورها في التخطيط والتطوير والتنمية . |
